AC would only work on low, with the hot weather you would expect the AC to work correctly and it was very uncomfortable moving in this truck.

The cargo van looked like it was almost brand new on the outside, but it had lots of dirt and leaves in the back cargo area. The clerks at this location only know Spanish, which I had read in other reviews so I brought someone along who could help me understand if I didn't know enough Spanish myself. But overall, it was a good experience. They were very professional, I got the van in a jiffy and I had no issues with them at all.

Although the staff was friendly and helpful, it was very frustrating that no one spoke English and I don't speak Spanish. I feel they could at least have someone on call to be able to reach out to.

I always book online and have never had issues with Uhaul before. Initially I put in a pick up and drop off at different locations (two zip codes). I assumed in the process of booking, this was the case because I moved across town. When I showed up to pick up the Uhaul, apparently it was a self pick-up which I had never done. The men at the store spoke no English & didn't assist in any way. We spent half an hour wasting time getting email verification codes etc. When I finally got the truck I realized that I was supposed to drop off at the same location. I called customer service to say I had put two different zip codes in from the onset & needed to switch. The man said that I signed some contract that I would drop it off at the same location (then why two zips?). He said I would be charged/penalized and when I asked him how much (was it worth it to me to have another 2 hrs?) he said he didn't know and that was that. I felt overall between calling customer service & the men who didn't speak English, I got no help.
