I was double charged due to a communication error or lack of experience. The place was friendly but the double charge makes it difficult to recommend as a place to pick up. I would probably recommend with the added instruction to not pay the pickup location and just ensure U-Haul charges your card. Please refund me or have Japanese sports car refund me the charge. As long as I get charged properly and not twice I am happy!
