I paid for a dolly and there wasn’t one, they didn’t have the truck out and ready, they made us wait 2 hours which put us behind. Kept saying someone was coming to get the truck out of the locked yard, someone showed up but they said it wasn’t the person who could get the truck out, finally he did it anyways.

It was difficult to open the key lock box. Very dark, old rusty lock, hard to read the letters
Laurel MOnly complaint is I was supposed to have 2 Dollie’s and I only had 1.
Marguerite CPickup was for 8:30. This place doesn't open until 9. Employees vehicle was locked in yard and could not pick it up until the following day.
Owen DI was double charged due to a communication error or lack of experience. The place was friendly but the double charge makes it difficult to recommend as a place to pick up. I would probably recommend with the added instruction to not pay the pickup location and just ensure U-Haul charges your card. Please refund me or have Japanese sports car refund me the charge. As long as I get charged properly and not twice I am happy!
