This place does not return cash deposits. I was very disappointed to hear they wouldn't be giving me my cash deposit. I have to wait until who knows when to get my money. I'm not pleased at all.

This place was great, brought the car dolly back early the next morning. But U-Haul put a second charge on my bill. Like I didn’t return it. I called the U-Haul place and they were nice. Said he DID check it in that morning. He has no idea why or what reason U-Haul has changed me twice, but he did say I’m not the only person who that has happened to. But he will check into it. If nothing else I will have to dispute the charges. Place great. U-Haul, you had better check your bill!!!

I felt becuse I did not take a picture of the gas gauge that I was out 33 dollars of fuel charges they said it was half full when I know I left it on 3/4 full but oh well my mistake for not taking a picture of it

As mentioned above, the reservation software wouldn't let me choose the correct location for my drop off. I wanted to drop off in Jasper like I always do. Every time I have tried to drop off at Jasper location after hours, I have not been able to without calling U-haul Customer Service, which means a minimum 30 minute wait before talking to a human. This time I waited 30 minutes and the lady couldn't even help me without my trailer rental cost go up $15 dollars She said I had to call Scheduling to change the drop off point, but they were not open until 7 am the next morning. I dropped off the trailer anyway because I was not going to come back to Jasper because of the U-haul circus. U-haul has to do something different to make this drop off process easier for the customer. If I would have another option instead of U-Haul, I would use it in a heart beat.

Keep in better communication about what time you receive or don’t receive payment. Two months after I rented the uhaul is when I was finally charged and it overdrew my checking account. A phone call would have been much better than an email in this matter.

I Just moved mom into an assisted living. . Every person i dealt with for the move including just loaders, required a two day minimum. This move cost me almost $800 to move a two bedroom home from two hours away. Not cool.

Renting this truck was a very hard process. And I was charged an extra $30 for what I don’t know. Not sure if I want to ever rent again. It was so completely stressful and it took almost 45 minutes just to get through all the steps to even get the truck. Overall bad experience

There were several application changes made to my settings on the iPhone that should have been addressed earlier before actually sitting at the location and people waiting on us at home to load. Thankful for my tech knowledge. People have forgotten how to communicate!

The individuals I dealt with at the location wanted no accountability for the equipment or the situation (damaged boxes due to a water leak in the truck). It was always someone else’s responsibility. The one person who was supposed to be responsible was never present. I will not use U-Haul again.

My only issue is I could not get the app to work! Spent 30m trying to get it going when all I had to do is drop keys. Turn in process when no one is around should be made simple. APP is no good

They read the fuel gage wrong. I did not understand what they were saying due to two truck and police radios squawking. They said tank was full. I drove 1/2 mile and put in $46 in gas. Drove 40 miles and noticed there was barely oil pressure. No oil at all on dipstick. NONE! Two quarts of oil at $7 each. So the truck cost me $60 more than it should have. Please check what the fuel gage was when it was returned by prior customer and refund my money. You have it on file as they verified the gas gage when I returned it. I have receipts for the oil.

The inside was dirty compared to the first truck I rent in 6 mile, it said it had over a half a tank of gas it was barley on half ! Not overly pleased who there attitude to wait on me. An it was used paper that was on the other side of my paper!

Location was easy to find - Dropped truck on a Sunday and, of course, location was closed. Am unable to comment on if clean and inviting - The exterior was clean and well maintained.

Truck cab was disgustingly filthy - had to buy cleaning supplies to clean it myself - your welcome Uhaul. Reserved a month in advance the 15' truck was not available - was told I could have 20' truck for same price. That turned out to not be true as I was charged for 20'. The 20' was too big but I had no choice but to take it.

Truck was filthy on the inside. I had to buy some cleaning supplies to make it habitable for my 300 mile journey. They charged me for a 20' truck when I'd ordered a 15' and UHaul had told me I would be charged for a 15'. Also broke up my original agreement into two agreements - 1 for truck and 1 for auto hauler. Both were originally in one agreement.

Was told may not be able to pick up at the time need. Then said it was at 1/4 of tank was on empty took pitcher of miles and gas. Took back with over 1/4of tank of gas now I find out I was billed on the 25 of 148.76 witch was right then today I find out I have been bill again for 148.76 on the 26 th now my credit card is over the limit .

Truck was very dirty if you touch someting you stuck to it. driver door would not stay shut hit a bump and you just bottomed out.
