It took me an hour to unlock the pad lock due to the lock being rusted and very difficult to open I put in the correct code and still had a difficult time!! After finally opening the cab to the truck it would not let all the way up and that took another 20 minutes to get it to finally unjam! I contacted U-Haul because the store was not open and I had difficulty throughout my whole moving process and it was very irritating and I won’t ever rent from that location again

IVOR NThis is the second time we’ve used this drop off location during the past two years. The first drop off resulted in us being billed for no return of moving blankets. They were returned and folded neatly and placed in the cab in plain sight of the truck and locked to prevent them from being stolen. A phone call to uhaul determined they were returned and a credit issued. This last transaction resulted in a call from uhaul asking if I had returned the vehicle as scheduled because they showed it had yet to be returned. It was returned a day ahead of schedule and was not checked in by the facility even though personnel was present at the time of drop off. The uhaul representative said she would call this facility and have them check it in. My point in giving this feedback is to help other customers. This location is very convenient and provides an easy way to return equipment. More attention to administrative detail is needed to make the return process seamless to their customers. I would recommend them based on location.

Lora BStaff was a pleasure to work with. Yet the owner seemed indifferent whether I was there or not. Not rude, but not friendly either. It was obvious that U-Haul was an inconvenience for him.
Kevin Kwas charged MORE for using cash without being forewarned of this. Was not informed that a split pay couldnt be used. UHAUL owes me $100 but yet has NOT paid as of yet! Trucks alignment was out. NOT clean! less then 1/2 tank of gas! I will NEVER use your service again. Drop off location was Excellent... PICK up location needs to be shut down! horrid customer service!
Meleia TThe truck was not clean and the gas tank was empty. They did give me a credit on the fuel. It was a Monday morning and no other truck was available. I would recommend them to a friend, friendly and helpful staff.
Belinda KAll the people at this location have been extremely helpful, efficient and. Knowledgeable. This is my second time dealing with them about renting a U-Haul trailer. They don’t even mind backing my truck up for me with the trailer because I am terrible at backing up a trailer. They’re always ready to go and no nonsense. They also do car inspections for your Annual registration of your vehicle and they are just as efficient at that. I give this place both thumbs up.

Keshia HThis place was great, brought the car dolly back early the next morning. But U-Haul put a second charge on my bill. Like I didn’t return it. I called the U-Haul place and they were nice. Said he DID check it in that morning. He has no idea why or what reason U-Haul has changed me twice, but he did say I’m not the only person who that has happened to. But he will check into it. If nothing else I will have to dispute the charges. Place great. U-Haul, you had better check your bill!!!

Paul DI felt becuse I did not take a picture of the gas gauge that I was out 33 dollars of fuel charges they said it was half full when I know I left it on 3/4 full but oh well my mistake for not taking a picture of it
William SAs mentioned above, the reservation software wouldn't let me choose the correct location for my drop off. I wanted to drop off in Jasper like I always do. Every time I have tried to drop off at Jasper location after hours, I have not been able to without calling U-haul Customer Service, which means a minimum 30 minute wait before talking to a human. This time I waited 30 minutes and the lady couldn't even help me without my trailer rental cost go up $15 dollars She said I had to call Scheduling to change the drop off point, but they were not open until 7 am the next morning. I dropped off the trailer anyway because I was not going to come back to Jasper because of the U-haul circus. U-haul has to do something different to make this drop off process easier for the customer. If I would have another option instead of U-Haul, I would use it in a heart beat.

Kenneth GKeep in better communication about what time you receive or don’t receive payment. Two months after I rented the uhaul is when I was finally charged and it overdrew my checking account. A phone call would have been much better than an email in this matter.
