So I got a call about 20 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my truck that it wasn't running and they just said call the main number. Almost rude about it. They did find me a truck but I had to drive almost half an hour 1 way to get it. I didn't have a full tank and the engine light came on almost immediately. It was not clean. I really didn't like the added distance for pick up and drop off because I am paying per mile. I really think you should refund the per mile cost I paid because it was such a bad experience. Also, it was a really loud ride, like a window was stuck open or the door didn't close tightly. Just not good. Thomas Balistreri Rental was on Saturday, December 6th

JOHN GTrailer not in road-worthy condition with poor wiring. Sat there for an hour while the worker helped other vendors that walked in after me. Horrible experience, and got me on the road an HOUR late.
ADAM UThe truck was dirty. It was parked in an abandoned gas station across a busy street from the location. The window handle was broken. High mileage. Rough riding. Beat up vehicle. No knowledgeable person to assist with the rental.
Kevin OWas given the key and didn't know where the truck was. Walked across the street in the rain to another location that I was told to and the truck wasn't there. I then had to walk back across the street and look for the truck on my own. All this after UHUAL changed the pickup location which meant I had to pick the truck up and then drive to the original location to purchase a TV box. Experience was god awful!!
DEQUONE CIt would have been very helpful to have had some advanced instructions on the different types of pin connectors for the electrical hook up and subsequent adaptors This should be something provided REGARDLESS OF LOCATION. This was not a problem with Jay & Sons but with UHaul corporate

MARTEZ BI don’t understand why I was required to add my wife’s information when renting from this location? I have used Uhaul for a very long time and this is the first location I was required to add additional information. What was the reason?

Jennifer BThis was not the pick up location that I requested. It was not a nice location. This was the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. The trailer had a tire issue half way through my 1800mi drive. This delayed my trip by over 2 hours and could have been much worse. The tire lost its tread. I was lucky to get off the road safely and somebody wasn't hurt or killed. The positive part was the road side service company that did the repair. The tires were old and they replaced both. This trailer should never have been put out for a long one way journey.

Samuel HI would've rated this as Excellent, however I was charged $15 for "Safe Move" Coverage which I declined when I reserved the Rental Online and also declined In Person. I emailed support on 02/02 requesting a Refund/Credit back top the Credit/Debt Card that was used and I have yet to receive a response or Refund/Credit.

KIM GThe inside had debris, an earring, and leaves in it when we received it. The two attendants were angry when I had tech issues uploading my drivers license on pick up. First time renting a U-Haul and I won’t again. Huge stress added onto stress.

Rich SOne man operated gas station with trucks across the street, so self service almost. Checked the oil, as my original location and truck was at least 2 qts low, with an oil spot under and got sent to this location for a different truck.
