The fact that this location is not a dedicated U-Haul location was difficult because the single person helping also had customers buying gas and food. Additionally, the blankets I reserved on line were not available so we ended up going to a dedicated U-Haul location a few miles away to get what was essential. The man was nice but it just wasn’t a great experience. It took a long time as he had to reenter everything into his computer as if the app were almost irrelevant.

Pawan RWhen I picked up the truck it did not have the moving blankets inside which I paid to rent and I called once I go to my destination. The girl on the phone said she would take them off the bill and when I turned the truck in they are trying to charge me 96.00 for the blankets. COMPLETE CLUSTER. I took the guys word for it that the blankets were in the truck and now it's a total hassle. I was charged for extra mileage when I thought the computer figured out the mileage upfront so that's also BS
