christopher oIt took a ridiculous amount of time to pick up the truck, as your system kept refusing to accept my credit card. The clerk tried repeatedly, made several phone calls and finally after about 30 minutes it worked. I rented from a milwaukee location earlier in the month and when I tried to return the truck after hours your app was down. So you have ongoing tech problems that waste the customers time. I feel a monetary credit should be in order at this point.
