Truck AC was non-functional, which made the 200+ mile trip very warm. Other than that all equipment and rental personnel were great.

NORRIS KJaybird was closed when we arrived. Since they were closed, I did not have any contact with the people that own/work there. I did the online check in, then dropped off the keys and left the truck. There was adequate room to park the truck.

Debbie RI am extremely disappointed in UHAUL, I never got to talk to anyone and I was charged for more miles that I used the truck. We carefully mapped our route. At pickup the truck mileage was higher online than it was on truck and thank goodness we took pictures. We lost over an hour trying to get it resolved and there fore we were not able to move everything in one trip due to work schedules. Now I have to pay again to rent a truck to finish moving.

VANNY LDo not allow Jaybird Remarketing to sell for U-Haul. When you walk in, you’re greeted by a huge dog and the unwelcoming smell of urine. I had to retreat outside to breathe due to the overwhelming urine smell. Additionally, they did not have the equipment I ordered and sent me on my way with the wrong dolly, but that was all they had. If they would have had the moving blankets, maybe I wouldn’t have to make an insurance claim for my property that was damaged by the rain during our drive. I do not have anything good to say about my experience with renting U-Haul equipment from Jaybird.

Christopher HWe have a U-Haul rental site 3 miles from our home. We were told they didn't have the trailer we needed so we had to drive 32 miles to get the trailer. We wanted to return it to the location close to us but were told no, we had to bring it back to they location 32 miles from our home. This was extremely inconvenient and we used a lot of gas driving back and forth twice.
Terry ABox area of truck has multiple candy wrappers, mud, dirt, and garbage on the floors. The cabin of the truck reeked of cigarrettes, the floor boards where full of sand, and strange stains of different colors covered the floor and upholstery.

Travis SI checked that we needed a utility dolly and an appliance dolly. When my brother and husband picked up the uhaul they never opened the back to check we had everything. We were charged for ut, and that’s fine it’s our fault for not checking, but I don’t want to be held liable for it not being available for the next person. Otherwise the experience was excellent.
