I requested 2 dollies however, no dollies were present in the truck yet there were no ways to be refunded the money that was already charged to me and the u haul office was closed. My pickup location was also changed last minute and tripled my projected mileage for no reason.

The truck was empty I had to put gas in before I started and it was a bag of trash in the back and maggots all over so I had to clean The truck before I used it
Crystal FThe person was not at the location when we arrived. He was, however, very helpful on the phone. The truck was not up to spec: passenger right taillight / brake light was out. Brakes very soft. Steering squirly. I am a former truck driver (18 wheeler) and this truck should be put out of service until fixed.
