Have a 2x4 and cement block accessible to enable customers to safely lift the trailer tongue off the ball hitch.

Staff was rude, disrespectful. Extra fees added, difficulty returning the trailer (markedly different than any other experience with multiple other UHaul locations). I would rather drive farther, perhaps to another town, than use this location again.

I had to wait almost an hour for “approval” to check in online. I tried to do it in person and they were not able to help me. It didn't mention online that it would take that long or that any kind of approval was required. An hour is a lot of time on moving day and put us very behind schedule! I mentioned this to customer service and was not offered any kind of credit or anything. I will use a different truck rental next time.

I have used this location multiple times over 10 years (between two kids moving to college in different cities hundreds of miles away and moving our family home 3 times and once to pick up furniture too big to haul in a pickup truck) and every single time the employees have been helpful, friendly, informative of charges and optional add ons, gone over the phone number and who to call if something is wrong with the truck while I have it. I've had to extend rentals over the phone before, turn in trucks after hours... never had any issues or problems. Love this place and these people! Sorry to say our last move was to a different city where we won't be using them anymore!

Cab had not been cleaned : trash in floor and cigarette ashes know cup holder. I don't smoke. Back appeared not to have been swept out well. Got 4 miles to gallon. Staff knowledgeable and courteous.

This was my first time using U-hual. Customer service steamed a bit annoyed when I arrived to pick up the u-haul. When asking questions about the vehicle she seem to be occupied with other things then attending to what I my questions were. I believe there should be training on customer service. I'm also dissatisfied with yalls policy where y'all charge an extra day for just being 10 to 30 minutes late on drop off. I believe your policy should have been explained or mentioned when picking up the u-haul. Will I rent from u-haul again, probably not.

The u-haul website especially the checkin process is very broken. It needs to be fixed.

I swept and washed out the truck and dropped it off early and after hours. The floor of the truck was still wet when I dropped it off. Even so, the manager billed me $15 for cleaning, stating she had to sweep the truck out again and that I left dirt on the ramp. It left a sour taste in my mouth hitting me for $15 when the guy who rented it to me didn't even have the dolly I rented in advance and needed to get the job done right.
