We put in more gas than was in when we picked up in Cottage Grove however we were still charged additional $ that is not accurate. The gas tank said 7/8 when we picked up and full when we dropped off.Chet W.

The service was slow the location I went with in Cumberland Wisconsin was very unorganized and then the $146 that was held while I rented was held over 8 days after I had returned the unit, when I called and requested an authorized code or a fax to my bank so they could hurry to refund the money to me, i was denied and told they couldnt, short story is, I will not reccomend uhaul to anyone, and I will no longer have anything to do with it myself.Cody B.

I ordered a furniture dollie and it wasn't in the truck. The gas tank was suppose to have half a tank at the start and it had a quarter tank. It took a half hour to pay for the truck and be able to leave with it.He had his dog in the shop and it kept jumping all over me.This receipt has no amounts listed.Bobbi D.
Your customer service was horrible! I will not use U-Haul again or recommend it to anyone. Once I picked up the truck I was on my own for the problems. No one from U-Haul would help me and they were very rude on the phone. My future rentals will be from Penske.William L.

When we took the truck back to the Cumberland location after picking it up in Coon Rapids, MN, there was no one there and the truck was returned BEFORE closing time. The keys were placed in the drop-off. 'Not sure why there was no one manning this location during business hours.John H.

JCD Services were very helpful in giving me drop off directions and closing out this trailer rental, but my return date was set to 8/28, not 8/26, so I received an additional charge of $33 which I want returned. I wasn't given at receipt when I dropped of the trailer.David H.

I was the only person there and it took two hours to pick up a 5x8 trailer. The paperwork could not get done on site so I gave them 40.00 cash just so I could leave with the trailer and start the moving process. I had you contract at this point. I can not believe i had to pay for this rental as i have made over 8 phone calls to get the bill straightened out.Joseph K.

I had requested a truck at your Turtle Lake location and at the last minute they changed it to the Cumberland location. So my son went to pick it up and they gave him a really hard time. Also they charged me a extra $28.00 for something. The truck was fine just the service.Betty S.
Make sure the people selling the truck have all the items you reserved like a dolly, also dont have customers wait an extra forty minutes while you try to figure out how to get your computer to worK, and lastly if you tell a customer your giving them an extra day with an extra 150 miles make sure they get it. Instead of being charged an additional almost 200$ on return of truck. All thanks to people who dont know how to do their jobs. I will never use uhual again.sam R.
