The staff were great and the equipment was in great shape too. The location is sketchy and crowded.

Sheridan EWe were charged a cleaning fee, even though the vehicle was cleaned, and we have photos showing that it was clean when it was returned. The cab of the truck smelled like marijuana and could have led to us being arrested if we were pulled over while using a truck while moving. Also, the starter on a truck went out and the truck would not start after getting fuel so we were delayed several hours after U-Haul hung up on us several times so I’m trying to contact them until we finally got our own mechanic to get the truck jumpstarted and back on our way to return the vehicle. We were also charged for two days when we had to pick up the vehicle early due to the time the rental facility closed and were told we were not being charged the extra day however it is on our bill.
Daniel SThe location wasn’t open so I can’t rate the personnel etc. I did an after hours drop off. There was a sign saying where to park so that was clear but the drop box for the keys isn’t labeled . Altho the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy so there’s probably a reason for that.

Robert EWe were scheduled at an actual UHAUL facility then had our reservation moved because they would not have truck we had requested. Got to a car lot on Lancaster and they did not have dolly, finally found pads, but this was a very long process with folks who were not great communicators in English. Signed off on credit of dolly since they did not have one, have not seen that process yet.
Rex CWe put 47$ in gas when we returned it and they still charged my card 57$ we also cleaned it out!!! Was a lot cleaner when we returned it than it was when we got it !
Tiffany MLocation is terrible. No after hour drop off. Space is very limited. Can't park overnight because it close to a large homeless shelter & a lot of foot traffic.

Michael SWE WERE TOLD THAT WE COULD RETURN IT ON A SUNDAY THAT THE GATE WOULD BE UNLOCKED DROVE OVER THERE TO DROP OFF GATE WAS LOCKED HAD TO WAIT TILL MONDAY TO RETURN SO THEY CHARGED US ANOTHER DAY FOR IT WHICH IF WE KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA DAY WE WOULD OF USED ON SUNDAY TO MOVE MORE STUFF!!!! WON'T USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN
Robert MPassenger seat belt did not work and of course was not discovered until truck was fully loaded. Windshield fluid was totally empty and we were driving in snowy conditions. Reservations were changed so a dolly was not included; they called another location to find a dolly for us but failed to mention that it was for a one way trip so we had to go to a third location to get a dolly. We ended up going to four locations total before being ready to start loading the truck wasting 2 hours of time.

James STwo things: 1. Trailer door was locked and it took a while to have it unlocked. 2. Trailer electrical wiring was inoperable and had to be switched with one from another trailer.
Ramiro GThis spot was very difficult to access, poorly maintained and not, repeat not easy to get into or out of. If I had known how poor this spot was, I would have abandoned the trailer and report it stolen.

Stephanie BI would recommend having some trailer hitch mounts available for purchase. I had to drive around looking for one in order yo haul the trailer. Wasted time having to look for one. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with the service.
Richard AThe drop off location was in a VERY seedy location! There were a lot of homeless people in the area and I did not feel safe! The location was more of a junk yard for abandoned cars than a U-HAUL location!

Sheila CThe cup holder was coming off of the truck which is probably not their fault. However, the checking in process took about an hour each time which made me late for moving out and leave late on my move date. Also when I called I was told that I would have help loading my car on the auto transport. When I got there I was told that wouldn’t be the case but they did do it. However, it seemed like the biggest inconvenience. And when they were explaining everything to me the guy complained and made remarks that would make it seem that I wouldn’t be able to make it due to lack of experience. He had a rude comment for everything. I had a friend with me and the experience wasn’t great.
MOJADESINUOLA ANeeded to drop off dolly earlier than planned. Was told by Uhaul customer service that I was not allowed to do that. Then I was told at drop off that your customer service lied. Will not use you again

ISAAC MGot charged 20 dollar service fee for dropping off early on a Sunday because they had no drop off area and 10 dollars because I left two small plastic bags inside. Very rough area and charges were ridiculous. Will chose somewhere else next time.

GRANT BThe guy helped back it up but the lot was incredibly tight and difficult to maneuver. And the guy wouldn’t speak to me while backing up and just used hand motions that I couldn’t decipher easily.
CODY CThe drop off location looked clean. It is an automotive repair place and cars nearly filled the parking lot. It was not very inviting as far as appearance.

Katherine WThe problem is with U-haul more than the location. My return was scheduled during a time when the location is closed. I was instructed by the location to leave the trailer outside of the locked gate upon return and they would get it when they open Monday. That means leaving an unsecured trailer on the street overnight. Also, I tried to return the equipment online. I couldn't get location services to work on my phone, so couldn't complete the returns. There should be a way to bypass location services. I took pictures just in case but there's no place to upload them. Finally, I was charge $20 for after-hour services I did not receive. If anything, this was self serve.
KEVIN MDrop off was changed and we had to drive an extra 20 miles out of the way to drop off. There was no room for parking and was told to leave U-Haul in street.

Jason LWas overcharged for 2 days was told by a rep over phone that I won’t be charged extra as the location was closed Sunday July 4 and and Monday July 5th. The location was fenced and never was told to drop off at another location! It’s ridiculous how long you have to wait to talk to someone over the phone! I won’t be renting anything from usual as if I need anything I’ll go with heartz or budget, never an issue with overcharging! Claudia Sanchez 817-733-1004
CLAUDIA SWhen I had reserved the u-hall truck, I had ordered u-hall moving blankets. When I picked up the truck they were not present and I was not charged for them, but it is something that makes moving easier.
REEVES Wrecognize the customer, not let them wait as i was done. nearly 30 minutes before asked what i wanted. store opened late sigh showed open at 8am. not opened till 810 am. given guide on how to hook up the trailer i was renting and had to do it myself. to fix wait on customer not let them wait on u, open on time and hook up equip to insure its done correctly

Mary RI was charges for extra miles, then put to work because the person who parks the truck and equipment was not there to do it. I had to park the car tow and unhook it then park the truck in a parking space and was not offered help in doing so. I'm glad I had my fiance with me to spot me or I would've been liable for damages. Smh

Laurie HLot to drop off uhaul was very crowded with either used or broken down cars?? No idea where to park or once I was parked then told to move no idea how to pull into that spot. So my only issue is parking.

HOLLY GWhen i arrived to pickup our trailer it was parked out on the street stuck between two moving trucks. It was raining and we were told that if we still wanted it we had to figure it out because who ever parked one of the trucks took the keys. The crank on the trailer hitch was missing or doesn’t exist so I had to by myself in the rain as a 115# female move this heavy trailer by myself on a busy street because it was not in the lot. Mind you I had a reservation and it was a “guaranteed” reservation. But fine I got it figured out on my own. The trailer also didn’t have a ramp, which was on the reservation and when I’ve rented this type of trailer from you guys before it had. However when I went to drop off the trailer at the same location I proceed to unhook the trailer in the same spot I picked it up in. I get it completely unhooked and do online checkout. The girl from inside comes out screaming at me that I can’t leave it there (the spot I picked it up from where no one would help me). I let her know this is where I got it from and it was already unhooked and heavy. She said too bad and I would be charged everyday it wasn’t in there lot proper. She wanted me to back it into an overcrowded lot off a busy street into a diagonal spot and I let her know I am not the best at backing up trailers in a tight spot and asked if someone could help me she said no. She also never looked up from her phone the whole time. I literally had to pay 2 homeless men across the street to help me pick it up and drag it into the spot. I would love someone to contact me about getting a full refund for my trailer. I have spent thousands of dollars through uhaul in the past as I have moved across the he country many times. And I have always had helpful people and well working equipment and this time was the exact opposite of that. I am in the hospitality industry and Bebe leave awful reviews, but man this time was really warranted.
