Tires was flat ,had to hook it up myself ,put air in it ,all tires needed replaced wire showing in tires ,nails etc

People inside were rude. The car smelled like cigarettes horribly and the fact that its marketed as 20 dollars is a lie I paid 70 dollars for going 30 miles in my own town when I purchased a table that took me not even two full hours. The guy when I dropped it off was literally in his phone the entire time while I stood there confused and then when I asked is that I all have to do he said oh I have to check the gas and the mileage on it. Awful experience and horrendously expensive for something I could’ve paid someone who lives down the road actually 20 dollars. Do do it

When I set up the trailer reservation I repeatedly said “the trailer with the wheel caulk for a motorcycle”. When I got to the location the trailer had NO wheel caulk just a metal floor. I only took it because I was in a bind and needed a trailer NOW.

The vehicle I used had pretty worn windshield wipers. The headlights were off-center and dim. These two aspects together provided pretty terrible visibility.

The truck was dirty before we picked up plus they gave us a smaller truck for what we paid the gas cap was off the truck on top of I thought U-Haul provides unlimited mileage we had to pay per mile he charged my card for A $100 my account still reflects that was told we wouldn’t be charged if mileage was less mileage was way less check engine light was on

Not this location fault but it is sad that we have to drive to a further location to drop equipment when there are other locations closer. I was told we had an option of where to drop but when trying to drop to a different location, they REFUSED and said only if there was an additional fee. Why does U-Haul make us do their delivery service?

I always use U-Haul when I need a truck or van, I really like using U-Haul because they take care of there vehicles, and they are clean and dependable I would recommend U-Haul to everyone,

Hi I just wanted to reach out about my experience with UHAUL this weekend.  I rented a Uhaul that was less than one mile from my home a week ahead of time. 10 minutes before I was suppose to go pick it up I received an email (not a phone call) that the reservation had been changed to a location 20 minutes way and wasn't going to be ready for 45 more minutes. When I got to pick up the UHAUL it was disgusting and smelled terrible.  I just feel super frustrated because this caused a delay of me loading the truck by at least 40 minutes, I had to pay more milage and gas and smell like cigarettes after driving it.  I have used UHAUL several times in my life and this was the worst experience.

The gentleman behind me he counter was very helpful and explained everything to me very clearly about three times but it’s because I wasn’t understanding him. Once I understood him, it was a very easy rental and return process. I’ve rented a trailer a few times from here and this was my first truck rental. Will definitely use them again if I need them in the future.

After returning the truck well BEFORE our scheduled return time and leaving the keys in the location drop box, I still received a phone call from the owner of this location claiming I hadn't returned the truck! He hadn't even checked his drop box for the day nor had he checked his truck inventory. VERY unprofessional!

Brakes didn’t work on trailer Didn’t find out till I picked up car Trailer uses fluid for brakes when I checked it was empty . I put one bottle in and didn’t help need fill up got an bottle and filled again Must have air in line Every time I slowed down the trailer banked in my truck and would push through light and then I would hit gas it would bang again . Was a brutal ride home

I picked up the trailer after sunset. The lot where the trailer was parked was unlit and it was raining. I was told to hook the trailer up and pull it to the front of the store so they could take pictures and inspect. very poor customer service

I had four different pick-up locations and some were where to pick up truck and transporter in a different location. I finally spoke with Windy and she was able to get the truck and transporter in the same location. She was also able to get me a discount on the bigger truck. Thank you Windy.

Make sure that all tires have the proper air pressure. Slack tried caused me some problems.
