We just did not know that the high beams were on a dial to the left of the steering wheel, which when we returned the UHAUL we asked about, the 15 foot UHAUL box van was great, new, just no book/papers in the glove box. This was the 3rd type of vehicle we rented from this location.and they were very helpful every time we rented a truck or van

Sccott OYou can figure milage better, I drove to my destination and to my storage to pick up my items, and no where extra, I got charges for 58 miles over what they figured, The way I see it, I payed $1360 for the truck and now they charged me $70 more for going over on milage that they figured, not enough miles for trip from Conway, SC TO Roseville , Ohio
