3 day trailer rental, dropped it off at JDS Quick Shop the next day, clerk looked at my original bill and I was told they would email receipt, didn’t get one, next day I call uhaul, was told everything was ok and I’d be getting a receipt, well I did, on the third day I get a receipt with a charge for an extra day plus insurance and tax, trailer was checked in just a few minutes after it’s due in time prompting an additional day, I immediately called uhaul and they fixed everything, refunded me, sent me a confirmation and apologized for the trouble, uhaul did great, the check in location I will never use JDS Quick Shop again
FRANK DThe trailer worked for us very well. The manager of the store was very helpful and great to work with. The only thing I would suggest is a tongue jack for the trailer. The attachment bar is very heavy duty and I stress heavy to pick up. Luckily the manager helped me pick it up, but if he was not available, it would have been challenging to connect.
