Everyone that I talked with that works at U-haul was the absolute greatest. Nice, helpful, etc. And I had to talk to a lot of people. The equipment that I rented was also great. My problems: At Jeff's fireworks, I got there at about 9:10 am and called a number on the door. No one answered but the message said to check google for store hours which would have been nice if they were posted on the door. Google said they opened at 10:00 but at 10:21 I had to call U-haul corporate and speek to more nice people who got someone at Jeff's fireworks to call me. I then had to check out my trailer over the phone which as you know took a lot of steps.

Dean RI can’t rate the personal of Jeff’s nobody was there when I dropped my equipment off. Hopefully I put the trailer in a good spot, no directions. I’m not saying anyone was rude or I wouldn’t recommend them. Just be prepared that you may have to check yourself in and or out getting your equipment. No big deal for me, I’m a regular user, someone else, it might be a big hassle, IDK.

THOMAS BFix your app, it's obvious that your app doesn't allow people to make changes to their account during a rental - just so you can squeeze the extra fees out of them for forcing services by refusing to offer a functioning app allowing customers to properly sort through contract terms and process procedures. You'll be hearing from my attorney to get my fees back, as well as damages for the trouble
