Ordered and paid for appliance dolly which we never got. App check in was terrible. Local location was perfect, U-Haul app was horrible.
robert lOne major issue is that I did not like the insurance fee that was tacked on without my permission or without me knowing it. I did ask for it to be taken off and it was. This felt a bit sleazy to me.
Rich CCar smelt like weed.
Ryan BI can’t review the personnel, I’ve never seen anyone there the last 3 times I’ve dropped equipment off at this location.
