Fix your app, it's obvious that your app doesn't allow people to make changes to their account during a rental - just so you can squeeze the extra fees out of them for forcing services by refusing to offer a functioning app allowing customers to properly sort through contract terms and process procedures. You'll be hearing from my attorney to get my fees back, as well as damages for the trouble
