Terrible, I was to pick unit in Apple Valley, MN-had to drive to Rochester, MN to pick (77 miles). 3 hours @ 2 people plus gas cost to my personal car. Picked at gas station, had to ask for help to have people move their cars to get to the truck needed..
Kevin PI was charged extra mileage due to the fact that I was dropping it off at a location that was 17 miles from my destination. This wasn’t taken into account for my allotted mileage. I picked up the uhaul, returned to my apartment that was just down the road, drove to my destination, and then had to backtrack 17 miles in order to drop the uhaul off. Gas was put in along the route. The booking online showed it was within 4 miles of my destination so the reality of it being 17 miles was a shock and ultimately cost me additional money.
Sophie HThis place was awful to drop off at. The employee working was not knowledgable about how to return the equipment and (like when I picked up the vehicle) I needed assistance unloading my car. The employee did not know how, we roped her boyfriend into helping us too. Between the three of us, we eventually got it done, but it was not clear enough on the instructions nor easy enough to do it without someone knowledgeable nearby. The employee told me she would finish the checking in, which I could not trust her to complete fully or accurately, but she seemed weirded out when I said that I'll do it. Overall, just very frustrating to deal with after a long journey.
Isabella Lequipment was very dirty. Rep didn't know anything about how to check out equipment at all. U Haul sucks stay away from using them

deborah mOur trailer blew a tire out within the first 60 miles. We made numerous calls to the manager, Jeff, UHaul, and Roadside assistance. They were made aware that we had a 4 month old and 6 year old in our vehicle. We waited 5 hours before getting service despite having purchased Roadside Assistance. After 4 hours we made a third call to the manager saying we hadn’t received service yet and were rudely told that she was just the manager not the owner. I will never recommend Jeff’s Little Store or UHaul! This was an unbelievable experience. Avoid both Jeff’s & UHaul!

Tom SThough being busy with many customer. Jeff got the document and rental ready fast. I bout 10.00 of gas and drive 23.1 miles. The gas gauge is higher then when I rented the truck it worked very well to haul the two trips we needed to take with larger furniture that is very hard to haul with a pickup thst has cap on the box.

PHIL RJeff was very accommodating with the type of U-Haul we needed to rent. He helped us hook up the trailer and made sure the lights and brakes were in working order before we left his lot. I would recommend this U-Haul site to anyone in the area.
BRIAN DJeff was such an easy-going guy-- just what I needed for my big move! He was prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend renting your uhaul trailer from him. The lady at the counter was also very friendly!

Jacob BThis whole experience started with reserving a trailer from All Tune and Lube on South Broadway in Rochester, MN. That fell through so you rebooked me at Dillons Radiator Shop, they did not show so I finally got a trailer from Jeff's Little Store. I was told I would see a credit of $50 and have not seen it. Jeff was great however the other two dealers in Rochester are horrible. This was a terrible experience and you wasted 2 hrs of my time Sat when I could have been moving!!! Never again.
Aaron MAt the pickup location the dealer dd not understand the rental process well. Even though I per-entered all the information on the web, he needed to re-enter all the data. Rental process took 90 minutes, and he could never print me a receipt. Told me I could drop off the trailer at Acorn Mini-storage, but this was not really the case. He was trying to help me, but he struggled.
