At first he could not find the planned drop off. which was supposed to be monday. I worked the schedule to drop off on Saturday. He is new, approx 2 wks he said. I had to use his phone to call the uhaul 800 number. After 8 min got someone. Meanwhile he looked it up with the vehicle ID. But, did not check it in. the person on the phone said the site was "in the red". He agreed to take it so she changed it to that site. I also tried to ensure it did not have me paying for the dolley. she said she would note it but, receipt does not show any mention. I was billed for 1/2 to 3/4 of gas. Seems high It was above 1/2 when I turned it in. I also rec'ved a credit from Uhaul Mike Schultz for 50. it does not show what that is for. Dolley or dropping 2 days off the rental.

Location is convenient and service was friendly. The location was new so it was hard to find on mapping apps. I went to the wrong place initially. Lastly, the truck was dirty on delivery. Windshield was covered in bugs and drink residue was spilled on the console. I had to stop and clean everything before it was suitable to drive.
