Don’t rent out messed up trucks. 730pm pickup and it’s got a burned out low beam headlight. Both door rattle badly, passenger one must be slammed hard to make the truck happy but both have insane wind noise. Sun visor does whatever it wants because the mount is broken. TPMS light was on and no reading on the drivers rear tires. Between these issues, app issues, no middle seat, and no adjustable steering column (I’m 6’5”) this was the absolute worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had. Some of this isn’t the fault of the shop, but they need to be checking their truck more frequently.

i did not add on the smart move for 15 dollars the lady couldn’t help me and the headlight was out on the truck
madison sThere were some minor service issues, but the staff was very helpful, and the vehicle did what I needed. I would recommend this location without issue.

JEREMY WI specifically declined the safe move, chose not to add it when booking the truck, so that was twice I said no. My receipt shows the charge for it, so it seems the people at the rental place are adding it onto peoples orders without their consent after the fact.
