I had a bad experience between their computer and lock box not working, which wasn't human error. The pricing presented to me on line before I gave my credit was less than after,also with going less miles than predicted .what could be improved "The transparency was not there".

Terrible accountability on the reps part. Due to miscommunication and not proper inventory status updated on the dealer behalf we ran into the issue of over billing rented hours. Here we go into the rabbit hole of long phone calls delayed periods of not having these funds to use. Personally would call this thievery of time and effort.

Trailer was old and a little rickety, but thats understandable, its a rental. My one concern though was I noticed one tire was a relatively new carlisle trailer tire, and the other was a very very old trailer tire that is probably well expired considering it hasnt been made since before I was born. It was exhibiting some dry cracking. The newer tire had ~45PSI, the older tire had ~28PSI as I checked when I got home. Thankfully, I was pulling this trailer empty at the time - the tires BOTH have a recommended inflation pressure (weight rating) @ 65PSI. I filled them to about 60 but by the next morning the older tire was down to about 50, telling me it had a slow leak. One of the hubs/spindles showed signs of puking a little grease onto the wheel, but with old seals on these I don't think that's too unusual so long as they are regularly greased. Other than that, the trip went well and the people I dealt with were kind.

Nobody to help detach the trailer. Was left sitting 20 minutes before they said "do it yourself" we will check it in later... pulled out my back trying to break the trailer free from the ball.

U Haul item was dropped off 7am on the day it was due but not checked in for 2 days. Had to called U Haul and request they contact the site so I didn’t incur any charges.

The truck was almost completely undrivable and the contract was wrote up completely wrong unfortunately after 3 hours of waiting at uhaul I just signed without reading. The truck shook so bad everything I owned is destroyed and the lady at Houghton lake was absolutely horrible.. treated me and my autistic 9 yr old horribly

Frustrated that I was charged a fuel charge and for 4 gallons of fuel when I traveled less than 5 miles. Also upset I was not made aware of the after hours drop fee. When I asked about a return time I was told "drop the keys in the box, we're leaving at noon"

Not sure why y’all advertise $19.99. Clearly false! We rented a truck for a mere 2 hours and was charged nearly $100.00??? The rental location was fine. The cost in the end, Not acceptable. Terrible, is my uHaul review. Jeremy’s gets a B-.

I was overcharged on my credit card and would like my money put back on my credit card. I was charged for 80 miles and only drove 58. I have pictures of the odometer before and after use.

Made reservation at another location and when I got there trailer had been stolen off the lot overnight. You need to lock up your trailers

I entered the front door and was sent down the hallway and through the garage to see Gary. Gary was apparently a mechanic, because he said he would be with me in a minute, while he continued to do some electrical work on a mini van for another 10-12 minutes. I was advised to use the link to do after hours drop off, and attempted to use the link when I dropped it off. The app/link would not recognize my location, even though my phone was set to allow them my location. Since the Uhaul link wouldn’t work, they charged an additional $20 fee

I was charged at the drop off point for damage that was there when I picked the truck up. I even discussed it with the place I picked the truck up from. This is complete bull shit. Even if it was me who did it I paid the extra for insurance what is the point of insurance if you just charge me any ways. This company is a scam and I will be reporting Uhaul to BBB

I’m very disappointed in your reservation office I had an appointment for pickup at 13 and Ryan at 2 pm and they did not have a trailer. The staff at this location could have cared less and I had to wait for approx a half hour while they tried to call your location ( how stupid that your service locations don’t have a direct line to call in) this cost me time and gas money to drive all the way to Casco Mi to pick up a trailer. 1/4 tank of gas. In the future I doubt if I will ever rent from U-haul again. Very poor dispatch service

Console, arm rests and steering wheel were sticky and dirty. There was dirt in the seat. Though I wouldn't expect the truck to be spic and span clean, I would think that a quick once over to be sure it was not nasty prior to next customer would be nice. This definitely proved truck was not cleaned with Covid issues in mind.

I was sent a damage equipment report # 01859663-2020. The 20’ uhaul had this damage on it when I picked it up from the Roseville location. I have used uhaul a couple of times but I believe this will be my last time due to this incident.
