I made the reservation well before my move date for a location in Twin Falls. It was confirmed on the app and I also received an email with the reservation information. However, two days before my reserved date I was informed that a truck actually wasn't available in Twin and that I would have to drive to Jerome to pick it up. I was given a slight reimbursement for the gas but it did add an hour extra drive time to my already packed day. When I arrived to pick the truck up there was a bunch of confusion, it took almost 30 minutes from start to finish just to get the keys, I don't know why I entered so much information on the app, we had to do it all over again in person. My father had rented a uhaul just a few weeks prior in Utah and was blown away by how different the experience was. In Utah it took him about 5 minutes to pick up the truck, which had a full tank of gas and was extremely clean. It was a super easy process which he enjoyed. Unfortunately his experience with this location and truck was the complete opposite. I was embarrassed and felt bad that he had to drive that truck with how dirty the interior was. We can to sweep out the trailer before we could put anything in it. There was even left over food wrappers in the cab. I did do the walk through, however when I got to the last section that asked about cleanliness I couldn't move forward without a picture, but I had reached the max amount of pictures allowed. I tried to go back to remove a picture of a mild scratch and just document it in writing but the page gave me an error and told me to call a representative. I had already wasted too much time as it was. Instead, my parents, brother and I all got a good laugh over how much of a joke this experience was.

Not very well trained in how to check trucks in, but very helpul.

The employee should always tell the customer when they are renting that there is damage insurance right when you rent the truck. If you want the insurance. The employee did not ask me immediately when I rented the truck. I notice as I was leaving the store it was forgotten. So I went back in the store and said you forgot to add the insurance cause I wanted t. So this was extra time of mine and the company's computer was very slow and I had to wait a long time for it to be added to my order. The employee should of asked up front first. That was a big mistake I did not like. They finally said it went through and I had insurance. I hope so. I do not like mistakes when I am paying. For the employee's mistake. And yes it does happen. Other then that. We got the truck and it helped alot.
