COSTIN BI dropped the truck off when the location was closed. So cannot comment about personnel. Used the website to drop off the truck. Filled the gas to the level required but still got charged by the website for extra gas. Very disappointing. No way to question this charge. When dropping off on line

Donald PPerhaps to clarify at “pick up my truck” that the keys when returned are to be placed in the same lock box used at pick up. I made some assumptions and placed the key in the box from which it was retrieved. Still not sure if I did the right thing.

Paul QI had very bad experience where at the location the lockbox didn't worked since it's too old lock box took 30 min to open the lockbox Vehicle is full of snow where I have to clean the vehicle before taking I ordered the dolly but I don't see that in the vehicle and still got charged for it. Overall terrific experience

john hI would suggest to give the client a close pick up location to his/her address. Like my case i had to drive a distance of 79km to Cobourg from Pickering just for a pick up later on when the lock combination didn't work i had then drive back to Pickering for a pick up at Jil Janitorial. One thing that stood out is the customer service was the best that day.

Sayed HThe uhaul van had big screws coming out on the sides of the uhaul inside cabin which damaged my mattress while pushing in and out. The whole purpose of getting uhaul and picking up myself was to save money in delivery and u had me damage my product with ur shitty setup inside van.

John CFor some reason the location was not picked up by the Uhaul app when I arrived to rent my van. However, the man at Jil Janitorial was very helpful and pleasant and made the process very quick and simple. The van was in great condition and was very clean. I was very happy with this rental.
Donna AOriginally ordered pickup at a different location that was supposed to be open but wasn't. Had to call costumer support to get the rental. Customer support was very helpful and efficient.
Jie HLocation was easily accessible from HWY exit. Staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Truck was as advertised - but returned horrible fuel economy. Check out was a breeze; Return was a couple of pictures to upload and keys through the mail slot on the door. Should the need arise, I will absolutely be renting from this location again. Thank you to the staff who made this an excellent experience!
Matt EPickup location retained vehicle key access in a lock box that opened only with code accessed from Web site. My cell phone would not work on the site even with assistance from online U haul Help Desk. A second phone was used with no issues

Joan cWe had to call u-haul to get a code for the lock box and we had to google how to open the lock because the dials were very finicky. It wasn’t an easy process from start to finish to get the key for the truck.

YAHYA HU-Haul knowing rented a vehicle that wasn’t in good working condition. Brought to the attention of both the renting location and customer service within minutes of pickup without resolution. Ran into a safety issue because of these deficiencies days later.

Terry BLimited available help. This location had limited hours however when I tried calling the 1-800 number for help - no one could give me a straight answer. I was told I’d be charged extra fees (which was out of my control), very frustrating experience. Fortunately when it was all said and done, I didn’t get charged extra fees. Unnecessary stress - all for nothing. I feel that if I used U-Haul again, I will avoid the app at all cost. Dealing with a person directly makes it much easier.

Harold BActually be at the site to help customers. I had a hard time getting the lock off to get the key, had to ask someone passing by for assistance. Was told the location closes at 12 got there at 11:30 door was already locked, no one to help had to call customer service 5 times. When I called they sounded like I was bothering them. Worst experience getting a u-haul, the whole experience from beginning to finish was frustrating to say the least.
