The app was terrible. It didn't work on multiple steps and I had to wait over 20 minutes to speak with someone afterwards just to ensure my rental was closed off properly. It was supposed to save me time and stress but it took me more time and caused me more stress.Devendra M.

One, the last minute change to my reservation from a month in advance from a 20' to 15' truck wasn't good. I only got $50 back but had to make more additional runs to move made things more challenging. Also the dolley wasn't properly secured and came out on its own. I had to pay $7 plus tax for something I didn't need. This item shouldn't be in the truck if I don't need it.Alan L.

This location was not staffed during indicated hours to assist with rental issues or distribute previously purchased items (dolly rental, furniture pads). The location did not have photos on file for the truck at pickup which created difficulties with the in-app pickup. The key drop box was locked and provided no way to securely leave the key upon rental return.Shayna H.
Please do not change reservation locations the day of. If it must be changed, please PLEASE CALL INSTEAD OF EMAILING. My reservation was changed from a location down the street from my home, to a location that was 15 minutes away, and it wasn't until I showed up at that 2nd location at my reservation time, that I found out my reservation was changed to a neighboring city! When we are in the middle of a hectic move, people cannot keep on top of their emails. A phone call relaying these important reservation changes is warranted.June W.

Vehicle had a smell (seemed like stale sweat) when I got in it, needed to be aired out. I would suggest some air freshener be put in the vehicle before the next renters pickup. Key return was confusing, luckily I remembered the code from my pickup so I returned my keys to the pickup box, could be clearer on instructions at time of pickup or better marking at the the return location for key drop off. I contacted the rental pickup location with these comments. When taking picture of my return mileage/fuel gauge, picture was clear on the app, but very fuzzy on the uploaded page on my phone. I took 10 pictures trying to get it right, finally gave up and hoped it came through fine. Pickup location was very handy, contactless pick worked pretty good.Richard F.
