Joshua GI had to wait quite awhile just to get someone to help me. They didn’t walk me out to the vehicle. I had to find it on my own. They didn’t point out the previous damage. I took my own pictures so as not to be charged for it.

Kenneth KNothing wrong with uHaul or anything. Just a RUDE guy working. Guy was a jack. Also tried to claim I didn’t have my license, so I had to have a family member do the process. His name was Randy at the Jim Brown In Middlesboro Ky. Never going back
ISSAC CWhen I picked up my equipment, the man that helped me was very rude and condescending as we attached the trailer, ontop of that I realized after I got to my location that in the bed of the trailer was a pizza box with slices of pizza still sitting on top of it. They obviously didn't do a check up on the equipment before renting it to me that day. I would not recommend this location to others.

MARSHA Sreceived a truck that had been in a wreck, was delayed on getting my packing started. Was given a truck that was almost 2 times bigger than what i rented or i wouldnt be able to move, had to spent 130 dollars to fill up the empty truck, received a fee for extra mileage on the truck because I had to go way out of the way to maneuver a 12 foot truck down streets. I still got the truck back almost 1 day early and with more gas than i received the truck. I want refunded mileage fee

MURRAY SService engine light on No dolly available even tho I ordered a month ago. Showed up at my appt time and the could not give me a truck for an hour because the man who did the paperwork was not there

Kevin MThe wait to get truck was long- 45 minutes after online schedule pick up. They did not have the dolly and moving blankets we ordered. The truck can smell like cigarettes- I felt like I was sitting in an ashtray. This was the second dealing with this dealership. First time it was a drop off after a move from Florida. That time they said we did not return dollies, which we did. This time was even worse. Service is awful!! I have dealt with several UHAUL dealers over the years and this location is by far the worst. I personally think they should not be a dealer.

Chris TRandy Miracle, if pressed to do so, would probably not be able to define the term customer service. Despite my having filled in the online check-in 24 hours prior to picking up the truck, he seemed determined to make me select everything again. I declined. Truck had not been swept out, front or back, from the last use.
Brian PJim Brown's was fantastic. But my original rental agreement #27716158 at Crater City in Middlesboro Ky was awful. I had scheduled a rental on line for 10 AM on Saturday the 19th. They never showed up to give me my truck even though it said on the door it opened at 9. Another gentleman was standing there as I pulled up also. I had to find another location to rent a truck. Thank God for Jim Browns. I checked with businesses around the Crater City location and was told that was typical business practice for that location. Again, Jim Brown's was fantastic. The other place has no business representing your company.

Vincent M-have an outdoor lockbox for customers doing remote check-in so they do not have to wait behind customers doing in-person check-in. Alternatively, have more than one employee who can assist U-Haul customers -ensure employees check the rental contract so they know what extra items have been reserved
