The wait to get truck was long- 45 minutes after online schedule pick up. They did not have the dolly and moving blankets we ordered. The truck can smell like cigarettes- I felt like I was sitting in an ashtray. This was the second dealing with this dealership. First time it was a drop off after a move from Florida. That time they said we did not return dollies, which we did. This time was even worse. Service is awful!! I have dealt with several UHAUL dealers over the years and this location is by far the worst. I personally think they should not be a dealer.Joan J.

Randy Miracle, if pressed to do so, would probably not be able to define the term customer service. Despite my having filled in the online check-in 24 hours prior to picking up the truck, he seemed determined to make me select everything again. I declined. Jim Brown's was fantastic. But my original rental agreement #27716158 at Crater City in Middlesboro Ky was awful. I had scheduled a rental on line for 10 AM on Saturday the 19th. They never showed up to give me my truck even though it said on the door it opened at 9. Another gentleman was standing there as I pulled up also. I had to find another location to rent a truck. Thank God for Jim Browns. I checked with businesses around the Crater City location and was told that was typical business practice for that location. Again, Jim Brown's was fantastic. Ashely was very friendly and helpful. She answered any questions that I had and she walked me around the truck to verify the condition of the truck prior to me leaving Middlesboro, KY. She explained everything to me in simple terms and I truly appreciate her assistance. The 6 foot social distance was in effect and I complied with it. The pick up went great. I had a very helpfully gentleman who answered all of my questions and treated me well. Unrelated to U-Haul rental, On Monday I returned to this location to return a different piece of equipment and was essentially ignored by multiple staff members. I was extremely disappointed with their lack of engagement and overall disregard for a customer. I eventually chased an employee down and rather than take the time to listen to what I was saying she informed me that only one person could help me with that return. I then waited for that person to be available only to be then told they could not help me with the return and I needed to get in line again. I was very frustrated with the disregard they appeared to have for me.Jessica M.

Took around 40 minutes to check out a truck, which was way bigger than I asked for after being called 3 times to change the truck. I was not charged any extra for this, but on my way I seen a 15 foot truck just like I ordered down the road, which I could assume was available. Cheap, and great service from the U-Haul representatives, does not follow suit at the locations though..Micheal C.
The online process for returning the U-Haul needs to be improved. I tried using it, but found it to be a difficult process. I returned the truck around 6:00-6:30 PM the same day that I rented it. I was not able to use the online process at all.Sharon F.

The truck had some damage to the side. I reserved the truck online but the local provider could not promise that the truck would still be there on the day I needed it. I ordered 36 pads but they only had 20. But the person checking me out was VERY pleasant and helpful.Rebecca H.
