There was no room to turn around because of sooooo much junk. A giy around said park it back there it was almost impossible to park it... Had no help he walked away and sit down had to unhook it ect. No guidance. Not got....

The process of the pickup of equipment was fine. The only issue was that I had to ask for a broom to clean off the snow and ice off the windshield and hood of the truck.

After several attempts to locate a trailer in good working order, a suitable one was found. The owner & lot attendant could have been a bit more helpful in completing our rental.

Make sure that the truck is not infested with roaches. When I open the door of the truck greeted me and welcome in and upon investigation there were more of them, and I was terrified that I have to move my non-roach infested items in front of your pieces to my new home That get into my belongings so I went across the street and I got the raid max sprayed truck and investigation about six of jokers Came running out.

Very sketchy location. No printed receipt. Was told I’d get an email.

This location does not complete a safety check. I was given a slip of paper with the serial number of the trailer on it and told I had to go find and hitch my own trailer. I hitched it as I’ve done before made sure the knob was tight, chains secure. What I did not realize was that the locking mechanism wasn’t properly working. I was told to pull up to the front so he could take a picture, which he did but didn’t even check to ensure everything was physically working. I didn’t even get a half mile down the road before the trailer became completely unhitched. Luckily I was at a stop light and slowly accelerating when it happened, had it happened on the highway it could have caused a major fatal accident. I drop off the trailer and they tell me to again unhitch the trailer myself and leave it in the back.

Let store owner that tow dolly drivers side tire was low on air before i even left store. Got home 12 miles away tire was completely flat within 30 min of me getting home. Pumped back up using my air compressor and loaded my suzuki equator (sm truck) and 15 min later completely flat again. Put block under axle after refilling tire again so tire wouldnt cime off rim. Next morning loaded up my floor jack, impact gun, air tank and spare tire from my utility trailer then feeled with air again. Headed back to within 2 blocks of store to repair shop for my truck. Hurried to unload truck because tire was almost flat. Returned to store told employee what id told store owner previous day and that the tire really needed to be replaced and all trouble i had and he just said ok then i left to go back to repair shop. I shouldnt have had go through all this and i really fear next person may even have more trouble or even blowout causing damage to their car and even worse to anyone oncoming with severe uf not deadly wreck!

Size truck I needed was not available. Representatice called and said next size truck was available but I would only be charged 19.95. Final receipt showed I was charged 29.95. Disappointed in fuel usage, truck used 75 dollars in gas for a 229 mile trip.

Pick up was not a good experience. Pickup was scheduled for 3pm. Finally left at 4:15pm. Store clerk couldn’t do check ins. U haul website was having problems. Was told to contact U haul customer service. After talking to 3 representatives, I was told to give store clerk back up site info, which did not seem to work. Third representative I spoke to, was not very patient, she told me she had a lot of other calls waiting! Was finally able to check out using app!!! First experience was not a good one, hope they improve!!

the dude in the store helped me hook it up. he was friendly when i got the trailer and when i brought it back. I like the uhaul rental website that listed my car and showed me what trailer i could use and make the reservation online. To do the review you requested i had to go back and get the contract # off another email. You should have the contract # , email address and my name on the request for review so i dont have to fill that in. That might get you more responses.

Tje vehicle was in good condition as far as service. I highly recommend that you keep your vehicle clean inside. It had an distinguished oder on the inside that cause me to constantly cough. Otherwise, service was professional.

Picking up the Trailor here was tight, it was in the back of the rental location, but all in all, it was satisfactory.

If you go here you will be treated poorly and taken. I paid for the trailer and thought that was it. Buyer beware they are trying to make a profit off you by telling you the trailer was late and you are paying a fine. I was not late I was a day early. The one off 10th street does justice. The one off Roanoke Ave the men are questionable. Do not go here if you plan on being stiffed. U Haul needs to be aware that these guys do not play fair.
