I was diverted to a different location to pick up my truck. This was 25 minutes further away. That location did not have the dolly and blankets and I was assured by the phone rep that the original location would have those. Drove to the original location and they didn't have a dolly for me although one was sitting by the door. When I rented a truck a month ago, I rented a dolly and none was available. Thankfully I'm physically able to move much of my furniture without a dolly but the average person is not able. This is an extremely poor practice. After paying $900 to rent a truck and not have one available and no refund even offers by either location, it shows a poor display of customer service. I am in sales and if my customer service people performed this way, I wouldn't survive.TIMOTHY M.
The truck rims were bowed along both sides of the truck. The truck engine would Rev past 4500 rpm when you let off the accelerator requiring to step down harder on the brakes to get it to stop. It was only exacerbated when the truck was full. The cruise control didn't work. The steering column vibrated terribly and was difficult to keep from drifting in the lane while driving. I would recommend having the transmission checked as well.SALLY B.
I think u-haul could have worked we me on the price a little instead charging me full price in my situation was neither in town nor one way. It was a lot of money for a disabled veteran that was in a bad situation when my truck broke down and had to rent one.Warren C.

I had originally prescheduled to pick the truck up in Collierville Tn. When I arrived at the Collierville location @ 8:15am, they informed me they did not have the reservation. It had been moved to Olive Branch. They had called and left me a VM at 8:22 am the day of the pick-up because they were too busy to notify me the day before. This cause a delay with my movers and delay to leave town the same day.Kevin D.

Jimmy's uhauls are far and away the best in the business. The truck outside and especially the interior was in new car condition. Clean and detailed. Give them 6 stars on a 5 star rating. Simply the best uhaul facility out there!!!!Thomas V.

Created a rental agreement for a vehicle I did not own. I never saw the agreement and did not sign it. They showed up with the vehicle and wrong trailer for truck. We did not know that. We almost got killed , we're put in a dangerous situation down town Memphis because if U-Haul ! We have requested a refund and our hotel cost refunded.sherrie H.

Our UHaul was dirty and the lady working the counter said "I'm not cleaning it." Also, we ordered furniture pads and she told us as we were walking to the truck "Oh we don't have any furniture pads, sorry. You'll get a refund for the money." This wouldn't have been an issue if we were told earlier in the day, but our pickup was 5pm and our schedule was tight since it was only 3 hours from nightfall. Very unprofessional.Leslie E.

We rented the uhaul for a total of $139. Went maybe 80 miles, not sure exactly. Final bill was $276. A total rip off. Will not use a again. Make sure to add all fees instead of a â€œgood advertisingâ€ price.Nolan B.

This location seemed very Concerned that I would get truck and trailer back on time. I was surprised that they were not concerned about doing a walk around to make sure that there was no damage. I insisted on doing it and they seem to not care. They said they had to get the truck ready for another rental later that morning.William S.

We ordered a 20ft truck on may 9th to pick up on may 16th..place in Collierville called on the 16th and said they didnt have it and to go to Jimmys auto ..got there and there was damage in a lot of places with clay all over the bottom went to turn on the vehicle and check engine light was on..waited for tech to check it and he said something was wrong with transmission and said it was ok to drive it from Memphis to Florida but we refused it and got a 15ft truck also i was told it sat there for a week. Not good customer service at all. I wasted a lot of time there and this made my day very stressful.Gerri F.
