I was informed that moving one way, that I MUST purchase the insurance on both the vehicle and trailer. When I turned it in, they told me that it is OPTIONAL, and I shouldn’t have been forced to have it. That’s is concerning.

I reserved a trailer at a different location but they did not have anyone to hook it up to my vehicle. I called Jimmy's and they did not have the size I needed. Jimmy offered and went to the other location and picked up the trailer, brought it to his location, and I was able to pickup from his location. Exceptional customer service.

The 15ft truck we rented was NOT very good! Could only drive at 50 to 55 and then the steering wheel would start shaking! Very hazardous on I 40! Also it only got 5 miles to the gallon! We spent a total of at least 650 dollars for the trip! We couldn’t keep the gas in the truck! We were going to rent pods and now I wish we would have!

First of all we were taking long trip and you changed my pickup location. This added 2 hrs to our departure. Second they were not helpful. 3rd They did not offer to attach trailer. They did not include furniture pads or have us check trailer for damage.

Ok... jimmy was nice and all however the truck only had 1/4 a tank not 1/2. I was also mad because I called an Uhaul location in Oxford, Ms. Expecting to pick up a truck there. They said “we don’t currently have one but we will find you one”. So helpful. NOT. She never said I would have to drive an hour away to pick up. So basically 2 hours of driving to get a truck. I was NEVER told this is how it worked until it was too late. This is a really crappy way to run a business. I can’t believe UHaul won’t pay employees to move trucks to the location needed.
