Wonderful couple to do business with in renting. I would call them the power couple. Their last names are Wick and the location is a drag car shop. So these two kick a** partners. If you two are reading this go see the movie guys.

I did not have a problem with Jim's Car Shop at all, but I did try to bring the trailer back to a location on Fond du Lac Avenue first. This place after making us wait for customers that came in after us, finally told us they would not accept trailers. It would be extremely helpful to have that noted either through U-Haul or a sign on site. It would have saved us wasting close to a half hour there.
LOU DLast minute Uhaul called to say our original pick up site overbooked so we had to switch to Jim's Car Shop. We wanted to do a check in / pick up on the Uhaul app, but Uhaul never sent us the link. Luckily Jim came in early and was able to help us manually check in. He also was able to accommodate us by allowing us to upgrade to a larger truck. He made a stressful experience better. Great customer service! I highly recommend this location for any Uhaul truck rental needs.

ROGER DThere was no U-Haul drop box for the keys. We had to call U-Haul for advice. We kept the keys and had to return later to drop them off. Luckily we were still in the same town another night.

Rodney HGreat customer service - they are friendly, fast, and patient. The U-Haul was clean and in excellent condition. I couldn’t get any service at this location to use the check in on my phone, and I never have this issue, so luckily there was someone in the office at pickup/dropoff. But other than that my experience was hassle-free.
Gage CHave everything set and ready to go. Had to wait for the attendant to walk through much of the same steps I already put in and then figure out which equipment needed to go out. Equipment seemed quite new and in good repair.
