The driver side door lock would not receive the key. I made it known to the manager there when I picked the truck up and again to the manager at Woller's Hardware in Elkhorn where I drop the truck off.

Glen RNot a U-Haul box place so we had to go to another location for buy back box Extra trip
CHRISTINE JI was given a word lock when this location used number locks for keys. Had to wait an hour for an employee to log into the system and tell me the number code for the lock.
