It would have been easier of the facility was open and i could work with a human, but I absolutely understand why they are not open late Saturday and Sunday. Other than that, all was good.

Although promised to have the vehicle at my local facility (less than 1 mile away) the truck was located over 15 miles away...each way. I had movers on payroll waiting for the vehicle which now was over two hours delay in getting started.

ROBERT OManager and staff made it an easy drop off , ample space to park the truck as well. Only 5 minutes from our Illinois house!!! No wait even on a busy summer Friday morning. Highly recommend!! Reasonable pricing.

PAUL AI was charged an additional $25 "cleaning fee", because I did not fold 2 of the rented blankets. I had no idea I was to do so, but over the phone they said there is a big, big sign saying this. I missed this big, big sign and was charged. I also was charged an additional $25 for for "after hours service fee". I was told it was because I didnt check in when I returned the truck. The UHaul facility was closed and I was told up front to just pull the truck in the parking area and drop off the keys in the drop box. Nobody explained to me that I was to go to UHauls online site and check myself back in. This was only explained to me after I was charged. Again, the UHaul employee said there are signs everywhere including the key chain?! Gee, guess I missed those big clues also. You'd think I was driving the truck blind. Lesson learned - HEADS UP !

JASON JPick up time was scheduled for 7am and I waited outside until 8am when the alternate pickup site opened for the day - no communication about 24/7 pickup option or that the business didn’t open until 8am.
CHRISTINA CMy crew was asking where to put the truck as they're from Maine and not IL, the gentleman that responded was incredibly rude “leave it right fucking there” which is incredibly unprofessional and not the experience we are used to having with our local uhaul places. The crew ensured also that all of the blankets were returned as they're supposed to be and folded neatly. I hope someone gets the dude a snack and a counseling session on how to handle customers. I know for sure my team was respectful as they certainly wouldn't be working for me otherwise! ~Brie

Therese HThe vehicle was dirty, and it did not shift well - like the transmission had issues. It was also not disclosed prior to my renting the vehicle that there was no overnight parking on site. Had I known this, I would have not rented from this location. I have rented over 150 vehicles from UHAUL and this is by far the worst location I have ever had to deal with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

In the app, I had to re-enter my life's story,, while there is barely any space. The customer service persons mic was far from her,,so I couldn't hear her. I was paying 4 men to help. I lost an hour of time dealing with this

Carl AI've never fully understood how every U-Haul box truck that I've ever rented seems to have a compression leak at the manifold gasket, but they never seem to run smoothly whether they're empty or loaded to be based on van or medium duty chassis's. It's not really a problem, but it never seems like they're operating as efficiently as they could. Just thought I'd mention it. But, overall, I'm thankful for U-Haul's service, equipment, locations and prices (though my most recent rental shot up from .79/mile to $1.09/mile). ;-(
Terrence DThe numbers on the truck are hard to read at night. The key box is located is not clearly marked and can be confusing. Too many cars in the parking lot making it difficult to get out of the lot. The truck had serious transmission troubles making it hard to drive.
Sam YThis Truck needs work. Driver door does not close all the way, overhead door @ rear of truck is HARD to open & close. Lots of rattle noise while driving, something is loose on the truck. Truck in poor condition.

Elisabeth SAttendant was rude to the customer in front of me, was then rude to me, and also applied a cleaning fee. I called to inquire and he was rude again, claiming that there was sawdust everywhere in the truck and he spent a long time cleaning it out. I didn't have items inside the truck which would have sawdust, and I also am quite sure that I swept out the truck to an acceptable level, since I typically pay attention to detail well. I believe this guy to be unethical and rude.
John DThe man who managed the reservation was rude right from the beginning. He was impatient and would not even let me speak, but hurried me out of the door.
Carol LThe return over a weekend makes the place a little to crowded, I do have a hard time putting a 26 feet long truck inside.
Alvaro DI dropped off after hours and the lock box was wide open. I went to put the key through the slot on the front door and the front door was left unlocked, no one in sight or shouting distance. I crossed my fingers and left the key on the desk. Luckily it ended up okay but would not do that again.
