JJ Service was 3 blocks away from me so naturally I booked my 20 foot truck from there. Two days before move date Uhaul tells me I have to go over 10 miles away now to get truck ( I had no transportation at that point). Jason, owner of JJ Service, went out of his way to make sure I could pick up my truck there !!!!!!!! Thanks again Jason…..

Grant GThe use of the U-Haul website made the booking of even a one-way trip simple. Just like grocery shopping, you are able to pick items from a list as needed, add or remove and update afterwards. The pickup of the unit in Illinois went as expected, and when there was an issue. U-Haul was on top of it and made changes before I was aware. Their communication was timely and professional. The drop off was simple and convenient. The whole process was a perfect example of a company that are serving their customers how the customer expects. I will use U-Haul again, for personal and professional use.
