Location is a car service center on a small corner with a cramped parking lot. They’re busy and rely on self check in with the app or just leaving the keys. The app is not easy to use for self check in so completing the transaction and getting the receipt on site was difficult.

They were veryhelpful and made my overnight drop off easy
SANDRA WRude and not available staff, only one person on duty. Charged for gas during the after hours check in. I would love to see a picture of the gas gauge used at check ing if he got one, since I did not get one, but I put gas 2 minutes before drop off and the gas gauge was at more than half
