I really didn't like that I was charged (or the charge was held) before my time to pick it up. And on top of that I was charged with an extra fee that I didn't want. Then when we got there they did not know how to hook up the trailer correctly and it took us over half an hour to just get the trailer on the car. For reference, I picked up the same trailer with the same car the weekend before and we were in and out within 10 minutes.DAVID G.

This was not my original chosen drop off point, but for some reason the UHaul rep had to assign me there when I picked up the truck. It was hard to get to (directly in a small, one-way, downtown road), had a tiny lot, and barely had room for the truck and trailer. Having to go there wasn't the fault of the drop-off location, but it was a lot more of a hassle than any of the places that were originally given to me as options.David B.

Initial reservation was at Magic Touch Carwash in Highland Park. Service there was less than poor. Keys had not been left in lockbox and there was no one on site. Wasted two hours of my day trying to find out how I was supposed to get keys. No reply to several calls to their number. Just appalling customer service from that location. They tarnish the U-haul brand.Andrew W.
