I explained to the store manager that I wanted to return the trailer I rented and he ensured that his U-Haul person would check it in. Three days later I received a call saying my trailer was a day late. I explained to the young lady that I returned it to the location in Chester and she still charged me for having the trailer an extra 3 days. Horrible experience I would never use U-Haul again.
