It's pretty cool that I was able to rent the truck online and then do a pick up and drop off without ever seeing anyone face to face. I'm not afraid of the coronavirus hoax, and I enjoyed the phone conversation, but I'm still impressed that this could all be done efficiently this way.

Honestly cannot rate this location since it was 2 pm on a Monday and they were closed. However, I can rate that it was easy to find and can rate the self drop off. The website for dropping off was easy to use and fast.

We went to this location at 10:30 because the drop off time was 11:00. We couldn't tell if anyone was there. Finally, a person came out and we told him we were there to drop off. He also was very rude and told us to just put it over there with the rest of the trailer. If didn't give up anything, or ask about anything. So, we had to take a picture with date and time stamp to prove that we dropped it off in time.

If i need a uhaul again i will defiantly visit this location. The customer service was excellent , variety of trucks was also excellent. If i could change one thing it would be more signs to the location.

I had reserved a truck for one location but when I got there and used to app to check-in, I was told there wasn't a reservation available. I called to 24/7 number and someone finally got back to me. They said that location had forgot to confirm and complete my reservation. He got another truck ready for me at a different location but sent me 45 minutes away to get it. When we went to return the truck, we tried to use the app again and it wouldn't process the payment. We tried several different cards and it still didn't work. I called the 24/7 help line again and the guy was very rude asking what the problem was this time. When I told him what was wrong he instructed me to just leave it that they would check it in this morning and then he hung up on me.

I had done early check-in online before arriving at JLS. However when we arrived for our appointment there wasn't anyone in the building. There was a man sitting in a pickup truck in front of the building who told us the proprietor was on a computer service call. He called the man who arrived 10 minutes later. Apparently their hired help had quit about a week earlier. A slight inconvenience.

Tried to call to answer no return call for a long period of time truck was dirty in inside. Had trouble with truck called in was suppose to hear back from someone never did.ABS light came on in truck which became a big concern. Tried fiueling truck to full won't take full tank.

On the web site it quotes .40/mile, nothing about .89/mile for weekend rate but Mr Leach made a comprising adjustment that I greatly appreciated. Misty was extremely nice and professional. For her alone I'd do all my business there.

Remote part of Tennessee. DIdn't expect much. No-one was present at 11:00 am so I just dropped off the keys in the box. I then called them to let them know.

I rented a 20ft truck and the price online was $90, when I came to pick it up in person on the day of the move the lady upfront charged me over $100 and said there was nothing she could do.

This location was a poor excuse for a U-haul location. The only good thing I can say is that they had the trailer I needed. The lady, looks about 18, tried to process my rental with a toddler on her hip who was constantly trying to push keys on the computer. This was both annoying to me and rude. I was in a hurry and this is not the kind of service I expected from a U-haul location. The lady knew almost nothing about the trailer, how to load a vehicle on it or how to secure it. I also needed an adapter for the lights. My truck has a round connector and the trailer requires a 4 post connecter. The lady had no idea what an adapter was or where to get one. They, being a U-haul location, should have stocked the adapters. I had to go find an auto parts store to buy an adapter for the trailer lights. I had to hook up the trailer myself with no help from the U-haul location personnel. Also she had no idea how to secure a vehicle on the trailer. According to your website using a car hauler has some major safety concerns that must be done correctly for the vehicle to be transported safely. I had to figure that out on my own once I got the trailer home and loaded the car onto the trailer. I will never go back to that location even just to buy a moving box.

I'm surprised to see the other negative reviews. I've used JLs Computers three times for my U-haul rentals and they've been fabulous every time. They even came out and helped hook up the trailer for me. Very friendly people, quick, and efficient check in/out. I highly recommend them.

the inside was dirty and the windows were not clean. The gas tank was only filled 1/4 tank (the last time i rented a u haul truck the truck start at full and when you being it back you filled it up. Had to go right to a gas station to fill it up to start my trip.This to me is not good business

This location was EXTREMELY inconvenient for me. (Not the location's fault) I had reserved a truck in Knoxville weeks in advance. I was texted the time and address. I called that evening to change the time, which was confirmed. Morning of reservation, I showed up and no truck was available. The next closest truck was 50 MILES away. I had to call all the people that were helping me load in Knoxville and Unload in Middle TN to delay. Also, I had to pay more in fuel, which was not compensated. Overall, The truck was fine. The logistics beforehand however, TERRIBLE.

Called just 10 minutes before they were closing. Staff would wait until I arrived do that I could return the trailer. They went out of there way to help me. Very friendly.
