Picked up trailer, took it home, noticed one tire very low on air upon arrival at home. Did some investigation and found out valve stem was leaking due to retaining nut being loose. Disappointed u haul would rent out equipment with less than half the recommended air in a tire.
MARK OAnother successful rental and another great recommendation. Very easy and no issues!
JEFFREY RI returned the trailer in less the 24 hours but on the final bill that was emailed to me I was charged for 2 days. An employee was there when I dropped off the trailer also. I went back to the store and questioned them about it and they said I should not have been charged for the second day. They refunded to my credit card. Thats not very good business! What if I would not have looked at my emailed receipt? Or is that what U Haul hopes for?

Felt like anyone could have stolen the truck after we dropped it off. Two days later got a text about where to drop off truck. That was two days after we had dropped it off. Felt very insecure about the process.
ERIC TNot charging poorly after the U-Haul is dropped off. We were charged extra fees for gas when we filled the U-Haul up before returning. The person working did not have good customer service skills.

CHARLES KRepeat customer from a few weeks ago. This time rented the 9' Cargo Van. Once again used the online app and this time didn't have any issues witht the app. I did talk to Austin at the shop to make sure the van was available for self check out. The van was new with low mileage. No issues and was a good size. No issues with the app on the return. A++
Jeffrey RI reserved the truck through the U-Haul app almost two weeks prior to needing it. The U-Haul app on an android phone is terrible. It timed out numerous times while trying to make a reservation and was extremely frustrating. But I was finally successful for an early self-pickup at the desired location. I received confirmation that a truck would be ready for my arrival. When I arrived for self-pickup the app noted a truck wasn't available for self-check-in. I had to call U-Haul to get information, and they noted that the truck I reserved was not available for self-check-in, but if I waited another hour for the location to open, I could get the truck I reserved. Ultimately, I agreed to take a larger truck that was available for self check-in since I was on a time crunch. I took the larger truck and while going through the process for early check-in, the app shut down mid-process and I had to call U-Haul again to get the truck number and code to get the key. Upon opening the back of the truck, I noticed a package of furniture pads was open from the previous renter so this truck was never fully inspected prior to my arrival. The driver’s side seat belt was also jammed and non-functioning, which considering I had to take a long trip on I-75 was a little worrisome. The truck had 125,000 miles on it, was older, but I didn't have any other issues with it for the day. On return, the app took quite some time to upload all the photos while I had to wait for additional instructions for the final key drop. In summary, the U-Haul app was terrible, and the equipment was fair-average. I had no interaction with the staff at the location of the equipment.

Nancy SThe app was slightly not up to date with where we were in the process. My recommendation, have a notification for a check in 12 hrs prior to let the renter know what the process will be day of. We ended up getting our U-Haul a little late Day of because we had to call U-Haul to walk us through the app process. Not sure if it was an iPhone glitch or data thing. But it was great overall.
Oliver CI have to say, Jimmy and Bailey were the best people to work with in the past 8 months. Perfect customer service on a daily basis. They answer the phone at the facility. Gary MMy equipment was not marked as "returned" prompting the Northport site, where it was originally planned to be the dropoff point. In my neighborhood is the Eljobean U-Haul, which I have used several times. I returned the unit one day early on July 14, at 9:55 a.m., and was told it would be checked in, as I awaited by receipt by e-mail. Not having received it by 7/14 10:48 a.m., (as the receipts are usually to me before I get home) and again ask for the unit to be checked in, whereon I was told it would be done. On Tuesday I received a call from the Northport U-Haul asking why I had not returned the unit, to which I explained the preceeding and the unit was finally shown with e-mail receipt being returned.

It wasn’t your property, don’t put anything on it; Also, not happy with the fact your establishment had the ability to prorate my move in date, but have absolutely no consideration for the move out date. It isn’t like you won’t rent a parking spot the next day is someone pays for it … double dipping in that instance.
