The lock boxes for after hours pick up is very hard to open. Numbers for combinations are worn off.

JEREMY KII chose U-Haul do to a well stocked dealership. My surprize. I got a older unit. the new unit, approximatlely 100 units were reserved , for whom your guess is as good as nine . So much for future business...

JOSEPH COver charged! Never drove 54 miles, but cant talk to anyone if no one is there. Only had to put 2 gallons of gas back in truck, so could not have been that far. Couldn't take photos of truck at drop off due to NO light. Had to run around in the dark to find key drop box.

HENRY N | Overall ExperienceMy personal information was used to rent equipment from this dealership. I called U-Haul and reported it, and they did nothing to correct the problem. They said that that Jobean Storage would contact me to follow up, and I've heard nothing from them. How is it that all of my private information: cell phone, email, address - and who knows what else was used to secure this equipment?? Incredibly disappointed with this company. Considering filing a police report.

TERRY SThe back of the truck was not swept and we made a 67 mile trip and another 8 miles to the drop off sight but was charged an additional $44.60 for 44.6 extra miles, I think the speedometer was ready improperly and we were charged for it
Christopher eCan't really state whether it was well maintained but it was clean. I was able to drop it off without issue at the assigned location. We've used Jobean storage to rent uHaul several times and each time it was an excellent experience.

DALE MIt was very convenient to be able to make the reservation online. All we needed to do when we arrived at the rental location was sign and get the keys. Very easy process. This location has a wide variety of equipment to rent.

KEVIN SPicked up trailer, took it home, noticed one tire very low on air upon arrival at home. Did some investigation and found out valve stem was leaking due to retaining nut being loose. Disappointed u haul would rent out equipment with less than half the recommended air in a tire.

JEFFREY RI returned the trailer in less the 24 hours but on the final bill that was emailed to me I was charged for 2 days. An employee was there when I dropped off the trailer also. I went back to the store and questioned them about it and they said I should not have been charged for the second day. They refunded to my credit card. Thats not very good business! What if I would not have looked at my emailed receipt? Or is that what U Haul hopes for?

Felt like anyone could have stolen the truck after we dropped it off. Two days later got a text about where to drop off truck. That was two days after we had dropped it off. Felt very insecure about the process.
ERIC TNot charging poorly after the U-Haul is dropped off. We were charged extra fees for gas when we filled the U-Haul up before returning. The person working did not have good customer service skills.

It wasn’t your property, don’t put anything on it; Also, not happy with the fact your establishment had the ability to prorate my move in date, but have absolutely no consideration for the move out date. It isn’t like you won’t rent a parking spot the next day is someone pays for it … double dipping in that instance.
