MICHAEL BWe got a truck that smelled awful. It smelled like dog’ urine even in the loading area. The lady that gave us the truck did not explain the expiration of the link she sent us. The truck had a chip on the windshield and a deep scratch on the front bumper.

MICHAEL JI called ahead and was told to just give the key to the donut place next door but it was closed. I was never told to scan the QR, check out and get receipt. I finally got someone thru the drive thru and then chased him down for the key, as I didn’t feel comfortable just leaving the truck.

DUSTIN QWhen I called for a reservation, I wasn't made aware of the additional charge for mileage on the weekends. That would have been helpful.
WILLIAM PU-Haul at Jocelyn’s charged me more money than was expected upon return. U-Haul ‘s automatic mileage determination was set up to what seems like purposely charge me an extra $91 when U-Haul is the one that calculated the mileage. It’s not my fault that the mileage was off, that the pick up location was further from my house than I guess. It decided it was, and that it took me more miles to get to my new location, over to the gas station, and to the drop off place. The drop off box is nowhere near where the rentals are put. This moving experience was good until U-Haul slapped me with more money once I returned everything following their instructions. This feels yucky, Oogie, and like a business that is taking advantage of their customers.

JAKENDRICK SI rented an Auto transport trailer on Sunday, The main person was on vacation, but the employees at this donut shop were very helpful to get the Lady on the phone that was on vacation so I could be able to rent the trailer, very easy process! Was able to get the trailer and be on my way! The guy there name Cody was very helpful getting the trailer hooked up! I didn't get names of the other employees but also express my thanks to them as well, and the Lady on the phone was great as well, and it was breakfast time and what better place to be as a donut shop! Food was great too!

Pamela HMy drop off was on a Saturday. They own a very very busy donut shop with long lines. I had to wait and wait till I could get helped along with another customer picking up. NOT their fault but I HATE the the 6x12 trailers do not have a jack. NO way top drop off and go, I can not lift nor can Uhaul personel , BIG downfall to that trailer and even the drop off U-Haul struggled to lift off my truck
