The back/storage area of the U-Haul truck was dirty. There was debris all over the floor from the previous rental. The cab of the truck was also dirty. There was a large amount of dirt and gravel all over the floor and it appeared as though someone had previously spilled coffee on the console and part of the dash. The original location I was picking up the U-Haul was supposed to be on Tower Avenue, the main business in Superior. I had chosen an in person interaction when I started the rental process online. The morning of the move, I was sent a text that the truck I needed was at another location and it turned out. I was going to have to do an online pick up. The app was something I had to download in order to complete the pick up process and initially, the photos I had to take would not upload. I then had to leave my personal vehicle in a part of town where I didn’t necessarily care to leave it unsupervised. The truck itself worked well and was easy to drive. When I was done moving, I felt I had to sweep out all of the debris from the back of the truck, as well as doing a much more detailed cleaning of the front than I have ever had to do on a U-Haul rental. Otherwise, I was afraid I was going to be charged more for someone else’s mess.

The guy was very nice and able to help us but he didn't seem to know too much about the uhaul process. The store itself was creepy, run down and coffee was cold. It also was 5 extra miles away from where we were, so an extra $10, but my fault for not requesting sooner I guess.
