It hadn't been washed but Michelle was had excellent service skills. She was very helpful. We had to pay more because someone didn't return the size truck we had reserved I think the original quote should be honored but other than that it was a great experience.

I have a pic of gas and mileage but couldn't sent it and when I went back to do my closing the doors were locked so couldn't send pics. I have them if you want them. She didn't know what she was doing and couldn't find my reservation. She ended up putting it in my authorized driver's name instead of mine. The whole thing was a nightmare

Jamie L.Fast turn in and watched woman check the truck and made sure bed was clean. You addressed the email to Brain. He was the driver but I (Scott) was the one who made and paid for the rental. Seems important since you want to "give credit where credit is due".
Brian B.After renting a uhaul from another dealer in town, that immediately blew the fuse in my husbands truck, we hooked it up to my truck and only part of the lights worked and the wires were hot. That dealer did not have another one to rent. Any way the lady at Johnny's stayed after hours on a Friday to help us.

JAMES T.The gentleman that FINALLY came into the office was one of the mechanics out of the shop....he was extremely kind and helpful. However, it sure would have been nice to have had someone in the office to take care of the clients.....oh, there were 5 adults, and 4 children (ages 9 months-3 yrs.) in the "waiting area"....ALL without masks! Also, as a customer of U-Haul many, MANY times, it sure would be nice to have a "discount" once in awhile! I mean, $.79 per MILE for same day rental of local.....of which there was only ONE 10 ft. truck in the entire city of Lake City, Fl. (and it was being picked up by someone from Tallahassee, Fl., it's "home base!") Come on U-Haul, give somewhat regular customers a break!
KENNETH H.I was charged for a dolly, and blankets and there were non in the uhaul when i rented it. My family and I moved our furniture with nothing which we were hurting for a few days. It wasn't a good experience! sorry!

wendy R.This is a small lot adjacent to a collision repair store. We had to wind our way through the wrecks to drop the trailer. The owner was gone when we first got there and one of his employees called him to come back while we waited in a pouring rainstorm (fortunately in the truck we'd used to haul the trailer). The "saving grace" for the location was this owner who came out in a downpour to unhook and inspect the 6x12 trailer we were returning. He was in a hurry because of the rainstorm (of course!), but personable and helpful, and he made the process easier than we expected when we arrived. He has no other help there who are familiar with checking the equipment in or out. The other folks there are ONLY associated with his main business. To improve for the next customer, you might suggest to him that he train one or two of his employees to be able to take care of any Uhaul customers who arrive when he's away.
