I picked up trailer had trash in it a jumex can.. also two minutes after leaving this place the trailer came unhitched and hit my car they drove to me and first thing the guy tells me is that it was his first time connecting one of these trailers and wasn't told about them

AUBREY FI was told by the owner of this franchise that if I returned the unit with 7/8 of a tank (like it read at checkout) that I would not see any charge for fuel. I drove the unit 21 miles and before returning it, I stopped and put over 4 gallons in the tank and the gage showed more than 7/8. I returned the unit and the agent said that I would get a receipt by e-mail. When the receipt arrived there was a charge for over $14 and change. When I asked the same owner that checked me out and asked him why I had gotten a fuel charge, he said there was nothing he could do about it. I am a retired person and feel that his attitude reflects poorly on your otherwise excellent company. I will never do business with That franchisee again and if I ever do business with U-Haul again, I will demand a \n itemized receipt before completing the check in process. AARON CI paid for a dolly and 20 pads and neither were in the truck! The location was closed so there wad no one to hold accountable. The truck was dirty and the truck was practically empty on gas! You app sucks!

Codye MI hate that I had to go to a location farther from my home ( in traffic)than the UHaul where I had reservations,which I made 10 days in advance.
Jose RThis location was designated to me by your 1-800 number. The location did not offer any hitches or ball; nor did they have any locks for sale. I had to go to a autoparts store to buy the hitch and ball. After I returned, "we" discovered that my car did not have the standard electrical connector, so now I had to go to another U-Haul location to get that. I wish that I had been directed to the U-Haul business about ;two miles away. They had everything I needed at hand.
william rThe truck was fine, but I ordered furniture pads and a dolly and it wasn’t provided. The app also stopped working in the middle of the return process. The people I chatted with were great and assisted me quickly.

Jerry HJohn's automotive was very helpful in hooking up and checking the auto transport before I left the location. When the first trailer's lights did not work, they switched to a different trailer without delay. The time at the location was very quick and the staff very friendly. The trailer (auto transport) on the other hand was a very unpleasant and potentially dangerous experience. We loaded the car on the transport and then found that one of the tires was flat. We had to call roadside assistance to replace the tire, delaying our departure. During the trip, a different tire on the transport had a blowout, causing the truck and trailer to go down a steep embankment. It was only by the grace of God that the situation did not end in a horrific and potentially deadly accident.

Kristina RWe get there and was given a trailer that had a flat tire. After an hour the rep stated I see the nail in it do you want me just to add air in it and you can drive with that. We said no and asked to traded the trailer for a different one. We did not want to get stuck on the road. The rep new we had planned on brining the trailer back early and asked if we could change the reservation. He said no just to leave it at that and the credit will go back for the day. He said it was a "just in case we still needed it" reason. Now I am being charged for a day we did not use/need and because the location is not open on the weekends. I had to call in and give my info stating I had returned it to a UHaul rep on the phone noting when I was there to return it.
Suzie PThe only thing i didn't like was it took me time to get my rental because of the information i had to do with that being said it took some of my time so than i had to hurry up and rush with everything because it took some of my time from the rental not to happy with that.

Thomas MLet the customer know that they need to be standing next to the building when checking in and out of the mobile app self service. Other than figuring that out after 15 minutes checking in and 15 extra minutes checking out, it is pretty good. Now I know for next time and I’m sure it will go allot quicker and smoother
