Jon AShowed up and the system was down. There were two others waiting who said they were there over 45 minutes each and still couldn’t even register. The guy at the desk said he had two people leave earlier because of the system issue. I managed to register from my cell phone but that also took longer than usual. When I finally got the truck, it hadn’t been cleaned and the dollys were not tied down. The desk guy had said earlier that he wasn’t able to check in trucks because of the system but I would think they’d check them before giving them out. I was just ready to get on with my busy moving day and was happy that I got a truck at all. Terrible system, should have a backup plan.
