That was great service.

You would think they'd use the fee they charged the envious person for not filling it back up to fill the truck up before the next customer used it instead of banking that money and making me responsible for filling it up (especially when it cost over $100 to fill it up).

John M.Make sure that the truck you are renting out work? Our headlights were broken upon pick-up and it was a night time only rental that had to be extended bc the truck was broken. The staff was amazing and I don't blame them, i blame UHAUL for still having this truck in commission. Our road-side assistance mechanic literally told us the truck was a piece of junk and shouldn't be rented out.
claira B.Vehicle that we received had a check engine light when we initially drove it off the lot but upon driving to the new house it was off. Vehicle also had a very rough start up which made feel uneasy about driving it to begin with. I would recommend inspecting the vehicle.

JAMES L.The truck leaked and ruined two of my mattresses and the lock didn't work so I couldn't load in the evening when it wasn't as hot because I couldn't lock the truck overnight and the gas guard was stuck when I was refilling what should've been $15-20 in gas but ended up being over $50 and I have repeatedly called U-Haul and been on more than an hour wait and tried chatting and also can't reach anyone. I was overcharged as well. I was forced to have the truck 2 days due to the lock not working and then they charged me for the second day and then today they charged me again for another day. The total I paid is nearly $220 for a 30 mile total rental and should've only been one day. Someone needs to contact me because I want to file to have my mattresses replaced and have the truck inspected for the leak and the gas gauge. I feel I should be reimbursed and also I need a claim for my damaged mattresses.

Christina A.Too many IT related issues associated with such a nighrmare this whole transaction was. QoS team really need to investigate IT troubles and negative customer experiences. Too much trust is placed upin U-Haul IT system by customer facing agents creating deeply resenting customers when agents sinply blame the mystery of technical glitches and not being able to relate to customers for really bad situatiins created. An accountability issues require seruius review and improvements. This transaction was by far the worst one evet with any business transactions that I ever have had yet.
Shozo U.The app was all messed up. I could not upload photos to complete the return process. I had to bring the keys back in. The worker said he would check me in when I returned it (around 6:30 pm) and would receive a confirmation email. I never did so I logged into the website and it finally worked but I could not pull photos so I am sure it is messed up. Such a hot mess.

Van front cab was clean bit back was dirty I had to lay a blanket down to transport my product. Someone cleaned the windshield and left it with a lot of shrekes. the low tire pressure light was on and the guy told me the it was looked at and fine to drive...... this was the worst time at this location.
