AILEEN C.I messed up and made my reservation for 11:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM. I went to the pick up location at 11:00 AM anyway to see if they had something available but they didn't. The person I worked with told me that the van I reserved was being used but would be back by 6:30 PM so we left. Then the guy called us around 2:00 PM to say the van was back and available. That was great service.
