When fuel is not topped off by the last customer, the next person renting shouldn't be responsible to fill exact fuel in truck when it was rented as there's no way to know how much gasoline is needed. In my case, the tank was about 4 gallons short before renting. I ended up filling the tank before returning truck. Uhaul should come up with solutions to have customers compensated for doing this service which is not only beneficial to the rental place but also the next customer renting.Andrew A.

John is absolutely incredible handling the dance of the in/out logistics. He is outstanding in accommodating the customer - even when material or equipment that was scheduled to be returned from a prior customer had not been done on time. I hope U-Haul appreciates the effort that John puts in to put in that extra effort to keep the customer happy, and willing to use UHaul again.Paul P.

Fix all the BUGS and SHORTCOMINGS in the Smart-Phone App. I used it once and was not happy with all the steps and permissions needed to make it work. In my opinion the Smart-Phone App only rates 0 (zero) stars on a 1-5 star scale. Johns Garage rates 10 stars on a 1-5 star scale!David A.

The folks there were nice and very efficient. They hooked the trailer up to our truck and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. Even though we had to drive over an hour to get the trailer and then return it to that facility due to covid, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. â˜ºKaren E.

2nd time renting here and both times the van wasn't ready and I had to wait for the owner. The 2nd time, I opted for contactless pickup in hopes there'd be no wait but the key box was empty so I had to wait anyways. These rentals are usually for work purposes so I'm often on a deadline and have limited time. I probably won't rent from this specific location again. The u haul aspect of the job does not seem important to the owner of the shop.Hannah B.

The wesite did not work the way it eas supposed to. Did not recieve a code for the lock box had to do everything again with the owner of the repair shop who was just a fustraited with uhaul as i was. Please fix the website. And put puck up trucks down in the herkimer ilion little falls areaMICHAELEMIL M.

Well first off make sure your vehicles are up to par for customers who spend 280 bucks and use it for 2 days. Very very poor. I'm honestly going to file a lawsuit for my damaged property. The roof on your moms attic in the truck I used was "repaired"... no it was not repaired. I have photos of a puddle of water. That issue was the cost of my 3000 dollar stereo system... I'm not to enthused what's so ever to be completely honest. I have pictures of license plate on rear. Pictures of the supposed repair that was in deed not fixed. It rained both days I rented this truck. I later found out after the first load the contained my stereo in the moms attic was ruined. So i no longer used that what's so ever. I used a small portion of the truck because of that. Which cost me more trips. More milage. More money out of my pocket for your negligence. Would you be happy?...FRED B.
The worst experience ever, the roads were bad and do to my injuries, I needed to drive when the roads were more safe to do so. The owner harassed me and threatened me and when I finally returned the truck that night he blocked my parked car so I couldn't leave. I felt horrible and uhaul needs to rethink doing business with this guy, hey maybe he was racistTaniequah A.

Make sure to check with actual dealership of the truck because we drove a half hour away to find out they were closed, when uhaul said they were open. They didnt have updated info but always check and call yourself or have uhaul call if its same day. Little falls uhaul pickup was great the people their were nice. It's just always call to make sure the place is open if you are scheduling ahead of timeTrisha G.
