The problem was not with the agent involved in the rental system, but with a breakdown of communication with U-Haul. While the internet connection worked to process the paperwork this time (on a previous occasion with a truck rental it took nearly two hours to get a good connection to process the paperwork) this time the agent took the picture of the rig and back of my van and tried several times to transmit it from his cell phone. He finally told me to go on and he would call the company. Sometime later I received a msg to take another picture and transmit it to U-Haul. The company needs to address these communication failures as they are a waste of time foor both the customer and the agent, both of whom have other things to do. I am 79 years old, but am seriously considering the option of converting one of my boat trailers to avoid having to use your services at all.
