The ten foot uhaul might need some shocks/struts. She doesn't like bumps and the truck got a seasoned driver like me pretty car sick.

CORY EReserved truck on the app from Bowens in Ilion 3 days in advance. No truck when we arrived. App told us we had to call for assistance and wait time over an hour. Call back option said 15 minutes but still an hour before someone called back. Made us go to Little Falls out of our way now 2 hours later and charged for 24 extra miles. Truck was unlocked and window partway down. Steering was all over the place, hard to drive and stay in lane. reverse light out. App instructions are hard to follow and why didn't we get notification there was a problem with the reservation, NO TRUCK! At least send us a text or email. Waisted our time and money.
