When I provided my credit card I was then asked for family members information (which is extremely suspicious with fraud being normalized and the representative had no professional skill at all. I was forced to get insurance in the truck. When my reservation I opted out. I also gave been charged$4.00 for what I don’t know. The rental was reserved at $34.95 I paid $60. It’s a joke. He don’t deserve to rent out trucks under uhaul. He was lucky I didn’t blast his store, being a business owner myself. Unprofessional. Never in my life renting from this location again. Had me paranoid all day.

Thank goodness I am an excellent driver. A phone call from UHUAL that the truck I ordered was not available would have been nice. The changed turned out to be a added benefit that we were not prepared for. So Thanks John for have great forsight.

MILTON SYKESI returned the equipment to the location did not get any kind of notice or any kind of balance do and the balance do until almost 5 o'clock in the evening by email I asked all day and was told the system was down finally I called the 800 number they called them and all of a sudden it was OK and they sent me the information I needed I've been renting u-haul's an equipment for over 40 years I have never had this experience I was very unpleased. Although the hardware store owner was pleasant this was very unprofessional and when I pulled up to drop my vehicle off I was informed I had to park at across the street and in front of me was another u-haul truck very nasty full of bike parts and I noticed he owns a bikestore right next to the hardware store. Pleasant and polite does not make you professional this is unacceptable I may end up using another rental Company like ryder from now on. Tawana JonesI wasn't briefed on everything about cost. I was billed $14.00 for Safe Move & I have no idea what that is. I also noticed that my credit card has 2 charges and I've seen it on the invoice also. The truck seemed to have a gas issue. It burned really fast for the amount of mileage I had to drive.
