Tawayna LThe owner who assisted me came across as somewhat dismissive and condescending on his initial interaction with me. As he walked into the store his greetings with other patrons was pleasant as he walked past everyone. Upon hearing from one of his employees the nature of my visit to the store (U-Haul rental) his demeanor and tone came across to me as condescending as he "glanced" at me, without a proper greeting, and informed me I needed a valid drivers license and a valid credit card to rent a U-Haul. While I'm aware he was communicating what I needed to rent a U-Haul, the impression I got from his glance and tone was perhaps he's used to dealing with people who may not often have the proper credentials to rent. As he began to assist me I brought to his attention his tone, greeting and word choices with me compared to others in the store. He appeared as if he wanted to provide a retort, but he did not. I firmly believe he opted not to proceed in that manner perhaps because he began to view me in a more professional light as I articulated my concern regarding his initial interaction with me and as I continued to engage with him in a professional manner.

SHARON LThe representative is rude.The truck air light was wrong. I was forced to use a credit card to pay for the U haul. When I provided my credit card I was then asked for family members information (which is extremely suspicious with fraud being normalized and the representative had no professional skill at all. I was forced to get insurance in the truck. When my reservation I opted out. I also gave been charged$4.00 for what I don’t know. The rental was reserved at $34.95 I paid $60. Rodney SI was charged $25 for cleaning fee when the pictures were uploaded that shows how dirty the truck was when I checked it out. Service was mediocre and instructions were not clear on how to return the vehicle.

Kenneth SSCAM! “ every 4 hours is 29.99” and “1.87 a mile” NO uhaul neighborhood dealer does this. Plus when the contract printed out you see on the bottom a 20$ charge for being late. It’s a joke. He don’t deserve to rent out trucks under uhaul. He was lucky I didn’t blast his store, being a business owner myself. Unprofessional. Never in my life renting from this location again. Had me paranoid all day.

A phone call from UHUAL that the truck I ordered was not available would have been nice. The changed turned out to be a added benefit that we were not prepared for. So Thanks John for have great forsight.
