Have the correct addresses for pick up & drop off. Both times I was sent to the wrong address
JOE LThe app did not show the change in pick up point. It cost me an hour to change places, get the truck and get to where the moving help was to meet me. This cost me an extra hour for the help and a lot of aggrevation to start the day this way. The new rental point did not have the reservation until after I went through the whole check in process again. U-Haul really let me down in this regard.
BEVERLY SNeed to put the correct address on Google it kept sending me somewhere else but I was just 15 minutes away from the correct location. When I called the location the guy talked me through and he was very nice he got me all the way there.
