All of the trailers have 4 way plugs for the lights and brakes. The 4 ways - 7 way adapters are $20-$25 at most auto parts stores. These adapters should be included in the rental, perhaps with a deposit to ensure receiving them back. Or charge a $2 rental fee. It seems fairly obvious that people aren't going to be thrilled in having to buy a plug for what is likely to be a one time use of it.

CHRISTIAN MI will be calling your company on Monday. We are very lucky and blessed that the trailer did not come off of the back of the truck as it was not secured on properly. Upon emptying the trailer, pulling the last two large boxes from the front of the trailer the trailer disconnected from the ball went forward then backwards and then forward again just missing hitting the back of our truck and I fell against the side of the truck hurting my back..
